This is the WORST company EVER! THEY are rude and VERY unprofessional. It breaks my heart to know that people like the people working here exist. My husband and i were rippped off for a service we did not even ask for and then treated terribly, the owner was also making ver racial comments to us and even brought out his dog and said my husband was trespassing, after bringing him there to pick up his car that they towed to a location we didnt even ask to tow too. We will be taking this company to court over this horrific experience. Just TERRIBLE!

I have been taking my cars to Fink’s for a number of years now. These guys are just like old friends and I trust them like a good neighbor. They have military and veteran discounts. They won’t try to scam you for extra work you can’t afford.

The staff is always nice and helpful with any qustions you might have.

Worst most unprofessional experience Ive ever had to deal with from a auto shopI went in with a rejection sticker on my truck to have them give me a 2nd opinion an I wanted them to do the work for me but instead I got nothing but attitude an disrespect from the elderly woman in the front an the elderly gentleman doing the inspectionHe never even looked at my truck past the exhaust leak so didnt perform the whole inspection an still charged me 20$ an refused to let me go to the deont of the building to let me pay

I go to the car wash when Im down the way washing my clothes at the 24 hour laundrymat. Its a car wash . Do it urself. Normal prices. Although a bit scary in the middle of night . Tends to be some creeps lurking so just have to be mindful and hide ur wallet

Their prices are to high and the dispatch is nasty for tow locally. Never again for me.

This place is honest. All of my vehicle work gets done here. I have never had a problem with their customer service. They fix your vehicle right the 1st time and dont nickel and dime you.

Took my daughter to get an inspection, they called her to say that she already had an inspection - it was expired and they didnt even notice 🤯

I called with an opportunity on some consistent help I might need loading nearby. The women answering the phone might be one of the rudest people i have ever dealt with. Im in trucking so that is saying something. Im not sure what her problem is or why she feels the need to be so rotten. im sure the owner is unaware of the gall and effrontery representing the business. Unless she is the owner I cannot imagine this being acceptable representation. I have taken my business elsewhere!

The worst experience ever. The old lady at the front desk is VERY rude. She needs to be replaced with someone that actually has manners. The city of Portsmouth should not use this place at ALL!!!! I would recommend this place for towing or repairing service even if I was stranded with no other options. Stay Away.

If I could give this place no stars I would the lady candy is pretty much one of the rudest people I have ever met!!!! I was called to come pick up my car. So when I show up the lady says the machanic is at lunch and I have to wait an hour for my car to get the key so Im like who does that... Shes like everyone goes to lunch Im like no calls someone to get there car then locks up the keys.... So some how she lied to me cus she comes back with my key and says I owe her 45 for the tow...... I only went to finish because the person I recently bought the car for insisted that I take it there because she says the condition is pre existing and insists on paying for it because I take her to the Dr. And grocery shopping and the hospital for hours on end. And its not convenient for her for the car to be broke down.... So I tell the lady no the lady I got the car is saposta be payn for it and then she trys to kick me off the property and tells me shes going to call the police on me so I told her to call them because shes refusing to give my car back. And she takes my car and puts it back behind the gate.So I have the lady that I bought the car from call the lady candy at Finks so next thing I know she comes out going like 30 in the parking lot driving like a crazy person in my car that already breaks down that they cant find anything wrong with on to the road and I say can u at least be decent and hand me the key and not throw it at me this lady left my car running on victory Blvd where it could be hit then tells me theres ur car white trash several times and tells me I should be ashamed of my self for taking advantage of on old lady and Im going to hell.... When she dont even know what shes talking about

Wow I was so upset the lost my key and lied 2 me and my wife about towing my all wheel drive vehicle with a flatbed the used a tow truck and draged my mercedez then to top it all off the cursed me and my wife out ...like hello you lied, towed our mercedez improper and then lost our key yes this company is a joke so please be careful

A very good and honest auto repair shop.

Wish I could give 1/2 of a star. I had a rejection sticker on the car I bought. Put all my blood sweat and money into the car went for an inspection and they turned me away and the lady turned EVIL on me and said she would inspection my car and purposely find something wrong keep in mind on the inspection sticker its way past the 15 days so they are suppose to inspect my car. I just need to get to work I have a baby on the way. Worst and most frustrating experience ever, the lady is extremely rude.
