After being a customer for over 30 years I added coverage for a new vehicle. I requested the same coverage that I’ve had on other vehicles. Now that I have a claim I find that the coverage was not what I’ve had previously. No coverage for a rental car, nor for use of the rental car. This has cost me nearly $1000 out of pocket while my vehicle is being repaired. I will soon be changing insurance for my home and autos. It was also very difficult to reach a human being to discuss this problem.

Expect to be bent over have a metal pole inserted with no lube honestly Im going to be cancelled my policy after this claim absolute worst experience Ive ever hadthey went off of a picture instead of sending an adjuster and after I complain they did send an adjuster there quotes are completely off and its been an argument to get my car repaired they tried using non OEM parts on a lease which is against the law in my state its just been a giant mess the whole claimxperience since they went with Safeco its been awful when I was just liberty it was fine but I will never go back to their company again please dont make the mistakes I did
Liberty Mutual was the insurance company of the person who smashed into the rear of my Lexus. In working with Liberty Mutual to resolve the claim they duly provided a replacement vehicle while my car was in the shop. After the car was out of the shop in my opinion they refused to pay for the cost of the rental by day and they changed the number of days covered by the rental three times. In the end they refused to pay for the damages done by their client to me. That is unfortunate for their client.
