I recently needed to obtain flood and homeowners insurance for our new home in Portsmouth. Our national insurance company was unable to provide homeowners insurance in New Hampshire so our realtor referred us to Avery Insurance. They have been awesome! Super responsive and knowledgeable. Disclaimer, I have not been paid for this review!How many of you think about your insurance every day? I know I dont. Thats why we have agents. I use to never want to hear from my agent. Or have to call them. It usually means something happened or prices gone up.Quick story. We bought umbrella insurance. It started with my old agent. I asked for it. Six months goes by. I call again and again. Last call to them was my good bye call. Enter Avery insurance. My agent, Ms Maxwell, btw is so nice, got us our house and auto up in running in no time. You know how it can be a tiresome endeavor getting everything done.So back to the umbrella policy. Back when we were getting the house and auto all set up I asked about it. She asked a few questions and said she would get back to us. Oh yeah heard that story before. Well what do you know. I get a call, we discuss, I get a packet in the mail. I get coverage, Yea! I know you think they just sold me something. Not true. I needed the right coverage. I drive out of state. People in my state dont have to have insurance. Dont ever get hit by them! I have a Atv. Dont ever run over the neighbors bushes! Or her dog! Without the right insurance and everyones needs are different, you need a company and an agent that listens to you more now then ever. Umbrella or just auto, they listen to you and show you options and what its going to cost. I havent been supprised except the time when she told me I be saving money with more coverage. How can you go wrong with that!
