Perfect experience. Mirasol prepared my taxes for me in a timely fashion, asked questions when needed, and let me know everything about my taxes. And bonus, everything was done very quickly compared to last year, came in and finished in about 20 minutes!

DO NOT GO HERE! AMBER COOK was rude and aggressive towards me when I was asking simple question I can not believe they would hire someone so rude and unprofessional!!! I felt so embarrassed I walked across the street and had H&R Block help me! Thanks to them I left feeling better. I would maybe visit again if that lady no longer worked there!!!

Someone should be there to answer the phone so that the tax preparer does not have to take time from a customer to answer the phone and take questions from potential customers.

First time there. They were friendly, but I was told my total return and they didnt explain or show me all they deducted, so my deposit was over $400 less than I expected! Then I received a notice from SS and there was a mistake. Hopefully that has been taken care of.
