I went in for a walk-in fill for my acrylics and they got me in right away (though I would gladly wait for an appointment). It was the cleanest salon I’ve been to in ages, and the nail tech, Devin, was so nice and full of good conversation. He also did an incredible job on my nails! I can’t wait to come back and recommend it to my friends as well.

Ive been here a couple times. Its one of my favorite pedicure spots in town. All the equipment is very clean and modern, and the staff are very knowledgeable. My nails always look good and its reasonably priced. What else could you need?

The person who did my set was good but I used my polish and they werent using nail light driers so my gel polish never dried. I ended up going home and painting them myself using MY nail light drier.The person that did my set said it was MY BAD polish! but they were wrong.They should admit the truth. I needed the light drier. To set the polish. If the store sees this review I wont be coming back if that is the attitude I will receive.I know I am one lady that you dont give two hoots about but I will make sure to share this with anyone who asks me.

Made an appointment yesterday, came 10 minutes early and waited 20 minutes or so. Took over an hour to do my nails and they came out looking terrible. Decided I would just not return and find somewhere else only to wake up today and the polish peeling off. I call in and they say I can come in at 6:30 and they will fix it. I come in, they tell me they will be right with me. 40 minutes later one is free and tells me sorry she has an appointment and that when someone is free they will get to me. Ive now been here almost an hour. Even the most magnificent fix job will not get me to ever give this business my money again.

My wife loves it here. The woman that work here are very nice and the place is very clean. I highly recommend this place for both women and men. They now do hair cuts just had mine done very happy with it.

I’ve been going to Nail Tek for about 6 years or so. Jessica is wonderful! My friends also love getting serviced by Tracy. She’s very detailed and takes her time. I don’t feel rushed. She really knows what she’s doing. The price is good too. I have no complaints.

I love love love this place!!!! I moved closer to gresham a few years ago so Im not add choose anymore but they are the only nail salon I will go to. They are amazing! They did my mani/pedi and all that the day before my wedding and referred me to their favorite stylist for my hair. They even got me a same day appointment with him.

The service I got was pedicure, manicure and body waxing . I dont like the way she does not cleaning perfectly dead skin on my nails and not waxing properly Im not really happy with service at all .. Im not going back there anymore....

I got a full set with design. They originally tried to give me dipped powder and charge me $98 which was fine then they realized the nails I wanted were just a normal full set. They charged me $96 for the full set when they only charge $30 a full set my nails should have only came up to $57 and they still charged me more. And they didn’t give me a top coat for my glitter nails I got so I would never recommend them or be coming back! They rob you of your money and don’t even finish how they are suppose to. WORST NAIL PLACE EVER!

Ive been coming here for 10 years. I was unhappy with the shape of my nailsI made them very aware of it. Ive been here at least 20 times! Neverrr complained. And spend $100 every time! I asked if they were able to discount the cost because I was unhappy with the nails. They literally look like little teeth.... I asked for almond shape and showed I picture. I ended up doing full nail because they looks even more horrendous. I cant wait to take these off!!! Long story short full cost for me. Im not.coming back.

I had an appointment at 1:30 and its now 2:10 . I thought I would give this place a try even the reviews were poor. They dont communicate well so I dont know how long Ill have to sit here for. My boyfriend is on his way to get me now and Im sure someone wont get to me. And I was also 10 minutes early...

I have been coming here forever. Friendly, talented team offering an extensive menu of nail services. They also offer facials at a very reasonable price. They have a lot of committed regular clients so I recommend calling for an appointment, however they are very accommodating to walk-in clients as well. The people who work there have been there for years. It is like a big family. Go pamper yourself!

This shop is great most the photos are my nails. I wish they had pics of their eyelash extensions and waxing. They are starting to do hair too. Anyways they are good about getting walkins prettyQuickly not hours later. Reasonably priced and if something is an added on price they tell u they don’t surprise you. They have ever color and are up to date on trends. Some girls are really good for nail art. That’s the reason I love this place. I’ve tried lots of nail salons in Portland in Hollywood at Hollywood nails, over off Alberta, Gresham, downtown, happy valley and so far this is my go to place.

Definitely do not recommend. I used to go there for years until today. They were so rude and judge mental I was surprised because a lot has changed. Prices and attitudes definitely. The person doing my nails thought I was the type to walk out without paying. The way they were talking to me and saying thats extra, they repeated it four times.. like yes I know I get my nails done 24/7 so I know prices and everything. They then questioned me about what kind of job I have and how I make money because I looked young. They dont have respect and change prices during service, they told me 1$ more than 10 seconds later said 5$ more instead for no apparent reason. Do not come here.

Been going here for years. So much that Tina has been a friend since before I had kids. Jessica is super sweet. Mary and Devon are great. This is the only place I let so my pedicures. Also the only place that listened when I told them I have extra oil in my nail beds and acrylic doesnt stay well.

I was a faithful customer since 2011. No matter if I lived near by or further away, I would come here. It was always the same woman that did my nails. She knew exactly what I wanted and how I liked my nails, she would even pick colors for me. As time went on, I would show up as usual, and theyd have someone else already sitting on what was supposed to be my chair because I had an appointment. The first few times, I let it slide, but the last straw was over the summer. I showed up to my appointment and was immediately mad because she was just STARTING a new set. I was livid, she told me its be 15 minutes. Theres no way she could have finished that job in 15 minutes. I was working 2 full time jobs and one of them was graveyard so I made my appointments as early as possible but they had to be on a Saturday since it was my only night off. I waited 45 minutes before walking out, she apologized and said Saturday was a busy day for them, to which I said, I know and I understand, but thats why I make an appointment. Youd think that after having a loyal customer for 5 years, youd be some kind of priority to them and not just see a walk in customer make them a priority instead.

First time going and never coming back, they don’t know how to do a pedicure don’t cut your cuticles or your side nails is like paying just for they put polish in your nails that’s it

I went in got eyelashes done they told me I would need a refill in 2 weeks I was gone a week on vacation came in because the eye lashes were not even and they refused to fix them instead they wanted more money do not get eyelashes done here they do not do them right and alls they want is your money this place is a joke I would never do business again with them they are horrible and just want fast money.I even tipped them 20.00 to get treated like this and they wanted me to let them fix them but pay them more money and they dont even care about the sloppy job they did no way this place Is horrible so trust me dont get your eyelashes done here it was a big mistake.

I specifically made an appointment with my girlfriend and i to have our pedicures done at the same time. I told the woman when I called that if we couldnt have ours done at the same time that I would like to go somewhere else. So I get here after driving across town and I had to wait 15 min after my appointment just to get a seat. And sure enough I have the same girl doing my pedicure and my girlfriends. Im sure you can put together that she cant be doing both of us at the same time. I would have gone to the place near my home if the lady on the phone would have been honest with me in the first place.

I would give this place A BIG 0 I went and had a pedi and I told the lady I want just what I have know but in a different color and she didnt even do a good job then time to pay she charge me $5.00 more and I told her I have never paid $ 5.00 more she said I had to take more time . Like what more time did she take. They dont talk to their customer they just talk to each other in their own language how do we know their not talking about us . I been to this place a lot of time NOT ever coming back t this place.

I have been going here for about 6 months. Never had an issue until today. I wanted a pedicure and fill. They started with the fill. I was told my nails couldn’t be shortened even tho I had over a month of grow out and I asked her to change my shape back to almond shaped and she said that costs $10 due to length and shape. I said I have never been charged for almond here before as I have had it almost every time. She argued with me that I must not have gotten that shape before. She filed my nails crooked and complained about having to pay for her mistakes out of her tips. I left before my pedicure and will not be back. Huge disappointment because the color selection is great here.

Friendly staff and reasonably priced pedicures. The pedicure lasted for a long time too. Thats all I ask for out of a nail salon so I was happy.

I have been going to this salon for about 8 years and rarely had a complaint until their remodel. After todays experience, I will never go there again. They were rude from the first greeting, said I would have to wait an hour or more and wouldnt make an appt for me (for later) to be more accommodating. The place has lost the personal and friendly feel it used to have. Although I saw some of the old staff working, they all looked unhappy- understaffed for a Friday for sure.

I have have gotten my nails done here three times and they are fantastic I get the stilleto shape so not just any manicurist can do them right but every one I have seen has been amazing the set I got yesterday is perfect.

Made appointment for a friend and I on Saturday. We arrived about 10 min late, no problem they assured me. Lets just say we arrived at 1:10 and left a little after 4. We both just got the $22 pedicure. This place is a hair salon also! Just crazy they would have 2 people working! They said sorry it took so long and nice gals but I wont ever be back! I dont have time to spend my entire day getting pedicures!

They usually do such a good job! :( today I went for eye brow waxing & they basically had the wax so hot it burnt my eyelids. Ive been MANY places and thats never happened before. I tried explaining something was wrong and they just wiped it and kept it moving. I dont think Ill ever come back:(

After pedicure I noticed a red rash on both legs! They rinse the tubs after each use but not the tub filters so you are getting the germs from others! Had to go to doctor and get antibiotics had a bad bacterial infection. Left scars on my legs never get pedicures there!!!!My friend who went with me had same infection also

I took my daughter and her friend to thier nails done. I am not sure if they figured the girls were younger they could do a bad job and they wouldnt notice or if they just didnt care but they did a horrible job. They left glue everywhere, Nail polish was on the skin around the nails. A child could have done a bettercjob!I less then a week, The nail starting lifting and came off in less then a week. 😲 Arylic nails shouldnt pop off that fast!

They charged me $85 for a shellac mani and pedi plus eyebrow wax. All basic package, single color no design. Even brought my own files. Shouldn’t have been more than $65 on the higher end. Never coming back.

Tech that did my pedicure cut my nails too short & now I’ll likely get an ingrown toe nail. Mary did my last fill got the shape wrong, brought back a color that wasn’t the shade I chose & told me the one she chose was “better” & still charged me full price for everything even though the shape & color was wrong! All Mary said when I told her all this was that “no one can do everything 100%”. Which is true to a degree but don’t charge for services you didn’t fulfill. SMDH. Awful I’ll never be back & will tell anyone who asks about Nail Tek to avoid going there.

Went in to get a full set, was asked what shape, then she showed me a chart of the different shapes, 1 square 2, 3 semi oval 4 being pointed and so on, I requested 3 and 4 please, needless to say I wasnt the least bit surprised when done i had the usual fastest shape the boring 1 square. Iam like why did you even bother to ask, just say the square is the fastest so thats what your getting! One nail looks fat the other skinny. lenghts are off, geez I even came home and added a color to my color. Geez I just remembered why I stopped going there 2 years ago.

Worst service! Mani took 1 hour and half. Nail tech tried to talk me out of the color I wanted. When I soaked for mani she left to work on unoluggging a clogged drain for about a half hour. My sister was getting her mani or else I. Would have left! As I sat there the nail tech putting on a full set of nails on someone told that customer she never went to school for nails. Illegal? Yes! My nails finally got polished. I could of done a better job myself. I had to keep telling her to fix it. Seriously a 5 year old could do better! NEVER will go back! Waste of time and money!

So today I went in for a fill and my experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Never will I ever step my foot into that business. The guy that was doing my fill made me so uncomfortable when he told me that I basically didnt believe in god because I didnt believe in his god & etc. he proceeded to tell me that my community are terroirsts because we dont believe in the Bible and until we or I accepte him in my life Ill never be truly happy or have peace in my heart. Hearing this hurt my heart, there are some sick people in any and every race or community its not fair to label us all the same. And even if he felt that way, thats not a conversation at your work place.

Not very friendly (they assume you only speak English, so dont know what theyre saying!). Prices fluctuate depending on who is working that day. Overbooking, so may wait 15+ even with an appointment.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years now and today was the first day I tried acrylics. I HATE THEM MINE ARE CROOKED UNEVEN AND I ASKED RO GELL AND IRS LUMPY. NEVER COMING HERE EVER AGAIN. I RECOMMEND GOING TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER NAIL SALON OUT THERE. THRY ALSO DIDNT EVEN DO MY CUTICLES INSTEAD THEY OA8NTED FHE GELL ONTO THEM AND NIW I CANT GET IT OFF. IF I COUD I WOUKD GIVE -5 STARS
