This location is for picking up registered mail this is not a retail post office location!! According to their website this is a United States postal service delivery carrier unit.It is a distribution facility and the main location where mail for our neighborhood is delivered and then picked up by our awesome mailman Ben for delivery to our house.I received a registered mail notification and went to this location to pick up my registered mail. The woman who helped me was prompt, courteous and friendly.And we got to see Ben for the second time that day!If you need a PO Box I hear this is a great location for post office boxes!

Did USPS lose my package again? I sent out a. priority package from Jacksonville Oregon USPS on February 18th and it still says its in PORTLAND OREGON. I paid over $100 to ship it priority to Florida. I was told it would beg there on Monday the 22nd. Tomorrow will be one week and its still sitting in PORTLAND OREGON The USPS is terrible, awful, and the worse shippers in the USA. I am so sorry I sent something through them. I am more than angry. NEVER AGAIN.

This is not a typical post office which is why they have long hours. I have been able to drop my packages off early in the morning before most people in the neighborhood are even awake! Ive dealt with approximately 5 different staff members and each have been helpful while I unload. I really appreciate this non-traditional post office facility.

Great hours, went before 7am. I had to pay extra on a package, not the fault of USPS. Quick and good service. As others note, it is not a regular post office. Its simply a place to pick up packages that need to be held. The other time I went there was to pick up jewelry I ordered and the sender required a secure location.

How people are rating this so low is curious. Ive picked up many a package from this facility and have never had a problem. Ive also dropped off quite a few pre-paid packages before 7am as well and they always get to their destination quicker than if I went somewhere else. Five stars for this obscure gem!

An item is supposed to be “in transit” from this facility. It’s been sitting there since Dec. 17because apparently it hasn’t been scanned in yet. It was supposed to be delivered to meDec. 21. I also had paid extra for Expressdelivery.

I had been waiting on the telephone for nearly a week. After using up my last few ration coins for my legume allotment, starvation was beginning to get the better of me. I had hoped someone would pick up the receiver. Nobody did. It was just odd music. Some jazzy, some mournful, some was of an unspeakable variety. The rain was dripping inside. I noticed my roof had burned off while waiting on hold. Then I realized something stark and very ugly: an atomic war had ended the world. We were all waiting for these letters sent to us by the brain-dead, hoping for good news... Receiving none.

Customer Service Representative actually answered the phone and was helpful.

Distribution Center for 97202. Pickup location for Registered Mail, not Retail PO Outlet. Went in at 6 AM to pickup Registered Package. Received prompt and courteous service from employee. Highly recommend this facility.

Garbage organization, shut the entire service down. I show up to pick up my package, they need two dollars and two cents... they only take cash, I say fine Ill be right back. Return 20 minutes later to find a sign on the door saying theyll be closed for the next two and a half hours. SHUT IT DOWN! USE EMAIL, USE UPS, USE FEDEX

This is ridiculous. Why is it so hard to label this as something different from the rest of the post offices? This is NOT a normal post office and looks more like a ghost town. So dumb. Please be more clear on what this place actually is, Google.

This facility is more of a pick up location for packages of which require a signature. However, it has incredible hours, as it opens at 6:30am! I think you can purchase postage/send packages there too, but its not like a typical facility.

Staff was wonderful! Super helpful, fast, and communicative. For clarity, this is NOT a normal post office; dont go here unless you have business here, have received a card telling you they have your mail, etc. For normal post office stuff, go to the Sellwood Post Office on 16th and SE Bybee. This place is great at what it does, but it really shouldnt be labeled as a Post Office on Google maps; its much more of a distribution center and office.

These people are extremely unprofessional over the phone when trying to report an apartment community mail box that was broken into. They try and ignore you, dont take your info down but say they will call you back, say they will stop the mail from being delivered but dont. they do not take the incident seriously.

They will lose your package. They said theyd call me back when the supervisors came and they never called me back. Horrible customer service. If you can, avoid USPS all together.
