Amazing! I got my lips tattooed by Angela and it could not have been a better experience. I had asymmetrical lips that I was always self conscious of and Angela was able to even them out so beautifully and naturally. She listened to everything I wanted as far as color (a natural dusty pink) and executed it perfectly, in addition to that she was extremely meticulous when drawing my lip shape and making sure it was exactly what I wanted.I love my lips and absolutely recommend Angela!

I met with Rachel yesterday for my very first microblading ever. Let me tell you all...she is amazing! She was friendly and professional. She listened thoroughly to me and completely personalized the experience. She was easy to talk to and did great work! I cant wait until the healing is over and I can see the final result. I scheduled a brow lamination appointment on a whim, and Im glad I did. In less than an hour, Elizabeth took my brows from sparse to spectacular. I was so surprised with the results, I had no idea my brows had that much potential! I cant wait for my next appointment.

I had my brows laminated and tinted and unfortunately, it felt overpriced ($125 plus tip) for what I got for two reasons. First, my eyebrows were tinted different colors. And second, they didn’t wax or thread my eyebrows to shape them, they use a face razor, so my brows became misshapen again in just days. Once the color evened out and I went to my regular lady for threading, they looked really amazing. I’m just bummed it took extra work, time, and money to get them to look like what I expected from the beginning.

I am beyond thrilled with my microblading experience. Erica was fantastic, the entire staff was friendly and professional, the studio was clean and comfortable. Parking is a little difficult but believe me going to Studio Meraki is worth it! My brows look amazing! I left feeling so impressed and excited. Ive already referred a friend.

I recently had the first appointment of Ombre brows with Ciafa and am so excited with my results!!!! I have very thick and oily skin that doesnt take /retain the color from micro blading. My brows have finished the peeling process and I still see quite a bit of color so I am really hopefully that I will retain a good amount of color from the Ombre procedure. Bring on my touch up!!!!!! Warning! May make your teeth more yellow!! My sister and I did a whitening procedure. Our artist Jamie was so sweet. We followed all the guidelines beforehand and even paid extra for the sealant at the end. We continued to do as we were told the rest of the day. However our teeth now (two months later) are much more yellow than what we started with!! Very disappointing.

I had Rachel for my eyebrow micro blading and I couldn’t be more happy with the result of my brows! She is the sweetest most caring human ever. One of my biggest frustrations with Portland since I have moved here has been mediocre customer service and disregard for timeliness. You will NOT find that here. I am so upset at myself for spending so much money here. Definitely not worth it at all. I’m in the beauty industry myself and have never blinked an eye for dropping money on any beauty service. I feel like I waited so long and had such high expectations, especially since I was having Erica, a “Master” micro blading artist do my eyebrows. When I went back for my touch up and she asked what I thought I told her the truth about how I felt about them, I don’t think she appreciated this and was probably used to everyone lying to her to not hurt her feelings, but I did tell her in the most respectful/tactful way. She tried telling me that I had oily skin and it was the reason for the ink to “disappear.” I let her believe that pile of bs she tried to serve but I’m a licensed Esthetician and I know better about my skin, the problem was she didn’t even bothered to blade through the entire brow which is why I had missing parts. The next issue was the color, my eyebrows are starting to turn blue. My hair is dark brown. How was that color matched? Either way highly disappointed and now I have to keep drawing them in and over them to cover up the horrible job she did. My best friend went somewhere else, she was cheaper and got them done so beautiful.

Erica made me feel at ease with every step of the Microblading process. I didnt take to the numbing, and she was patient to give me breaks I between shading to make sure I wasnt in too much pain or anything like that.You can tell just by talking to her that shes Incredibly passionate and knowledgable about what she does, and it shows in her work and how she treats all of her clients. I did a teeth whitening with Jamie who was extremely kind and thorough. It was my first time and she explained the process very clearly and made me feel comfortable to express any concerns I had before, during, and after treatment. I posted my results on Instagram and had several inquiries from my friends! 100/10 would recommend.

I had my lips done with Lina and Camille the girl she was training. Immediately I noticed how clean the studio was and while waiting I saw them wipe down surfaces multiple times. It was also very pretty inside. Before anything happened she gave me step-by-step of what would happen through the appointment. I was very comfortable with Camille ( in training) And Lina approved of every step before anything got done. I brought in a lipstick that I liked along with some pictures and Lina was able to color match it perfectly. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and nice. The pain was minimal out of a scale 1 to 10 the worst was about a 3 and that was for a very short time.

Lina was amazing and a total perfectionist! I didn’t know what to expect and she walked me through everything putting me very much at ease. I have been interested in the velvet lip blush tattoo for a while and I have been following Lina’s Instagram for a couple months. I saw Lina posted a model call for lips and I immediately jumped on it. The service was going to be done under Lina’s supervision with Kourtenie, a tattoo artist training to do lips. Lina assured me throughout the entire appointment and she was watching Kourtenie very closely. I put my complete trust in Lina just telling her what I liked and she ran with it. I have literally 0 complaints - my experience was wonderful. The pain involved was very moderate - light burning when the numbing is applied but it goes away in seconds, and the tattoo itself isn’t painful at all. It’s numbed well and repeatedly throughout the appt. Lina is a practiced perfectionist and I have no doubt that Kourtenie will be the exact same way when she’s done training! This was an instant confidence boost for me. Go get your lips done!!!

Lina is truly such an amazing artist. I got lip blushing done with her and couldn’t be any happier to recommend her. Although it is expensive, if you consider the quality and the fact that a touch up is included it is 100% worth the price. I felt minimal pain during the appointment and my lips did not swell much. I am just at the end of the healing process in which your lips peel and it honestly was not too bad. I used the balm given by Lina and you couldn’t really even notice the peeling unless you were looking in your 5x makeup mirror! I recommend following Lina on Instagram, since she posts tons of pictures and helping info about the process. I can’t wait for my follow up!

I just had a service done at Studio Meraki with Lina. First off, the front desk were so friendly and they seemed to have a great system with the new regulations for the Pandemic (Covid-19) we are currently in. I was highly impressed especially with it just being reopened recently. The service with Lina was amazing. She is so down to earth and makes sure you’re 100% confident with the velvet lip procedure before, during, and after. I lived 2+ hours away so Lina made sure I had everything I needed including a small ice pack for my ride. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone and will be returning for future touch ups.

Lina is absolutely the best! I flew out from Pennsylvania to take the training course on Lip Tinting. The training was fantastic. she is extremely thorough. We did a lot of practice on fake skin and machine work. I felt very confident working on my model. She also goes over the business aspect as far as social media, booking appointments, and systems to keep track of your clients. By far the best training I have had to date!I also booked an appointment to have my lips tinted before I left. She really listens the concerns with your natural lips to give you the lips of your dreams! I am so glad I had mine done. The training and the service are worth every penny!!! Thanks again Lina for everything!

I had been eagerly awaiting my lip model appointment for months! I was nervous about being a model and wasn’t quite sure what to expect but Lina made the experience so special. From the moment I came into the studio I was given so much attention and care. Lina talked me through every step before we even got started so I knew exactly what was going to happen. We worked together to fine tune the shape and she mixed the perfect color! I am in love with my lips. I feel so special to have had the opportunity to model for her trainee and to have these beautiful lips as her work of art. She is amazing! If you have been thinking about getting velvet lips - don’t wait another minute!

I always love my experience at Studio Meraki. I get my lips done by Lina and brows done by Erica. Ive been back already for my annual touchups which are always easy to schedule to ensure my color and their work look 100%! They are both so talented and thoughtful with their work. The customer service is great and as a mom to a toddler I love the appointment reminders!

I wish I could give Studio Meraki 6 stars! I had such an amazing experience getting my brows micro bladed recently. I had spent months doing research but always came back to them being the top of the list in terms of quality, consistency, and pricing. While the cost seemed a little higher than other studios, it *includes* the touchup which balanced out with other studios in the area.I opted to have Rachel do my brows because her work looked aligned to how I usually wore my brows.On the day of my first session I was nervous but Rachels cool, calming personality put me at ease right away. By the end of the session I had some amazing brows and a clear understanding of how to care for them. Over the next two weeks I didnt experience very much flaking or dryness around my brows, which I appreciated. They actually looked pretty amazing leading up to my touchup appointment.My touchup was quick and easy, which I appreciated.Overall, this was such a positive experience and couldnt be happier with my brows!

Studio Meraki is the bees knees! All of the ladies there are super sweet and helpful. I had Erica for my microblading service. She truly is so talented! I love my eyebrows, and gets compliments on them daily. Whenever anybody asks about microblading I tell them to go to the best. “Studio Meraki” I love being able to wake up and not have to fill in my eyebrows anymore. They are natural looking and perfect! Also, if you get Erica for your microblading service she’s also great at recommending new tv shows to binge watch! :)

Lina did a really fantastic job with my lip tattooing. First of all, the website is very thorough about how to prepare for your visit and also for the aftercare. When I arrived, there was a delay because it was right at COVID-19 was starting to impact Oregon and staff took an extra long time completely disinfecting the room we were going to use. Incredibly clean. Lina spent a good amount of time helping me feel comfortable with all aspects of what we were doing - color, shape, cleanliness, preparing me for how it would feel, etc. Also I was very happy with the amount of numbing that was used to reduce the pain. In fact, it wasn’t really all that painful at all. Not what I was expecting. When it was over, my lips looked literally perfect. I couldn’t stop looking at them. BTW if you are trying to figure out what to expect, the videos online of other people’s experiences elsewhere are not helpful or representative of what you will experience. After I left, there wasn’t a time that my lips hurt any more than being badly chapped and I never looked funny from losing layers of skin. Those were my biggest worries and neither happened at all. You could easily go to work and have no one notice that you had anything done except that you will look noticeably better. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lina to any of my friends.

Absolutely LOVE my brows and liner. Haley did an amazing job! She made me feel very comfortable and explained every step. The studio was extremely clean and everyone was very professional. It’s been a few weeks and everything is healed - the convenience of not having to wear makeup is ideal (I should’ve done this sooner). Just attended a wedding with friends from college and got so many complements on my brows :)

Loved everything about it. Erica was super friendly and professional. The studio is clean, hip and the staff are all very friendly. My eyebrows came out perfectly because Erica is a perfectionist which I can really appreciate. I receive compliments on my eyebrows all of the time. Having eyebrows all of the time saves me so much time and I didn’t realize what a difference it can make. Would highly recommend Studio Meraki and Erica for Micro-blading. Love my eyebrows!!
