I interviewed today with Ashley Chambers and she was extremely friendly and helpful. The view from the office is beautiful and Ive been scheduled to interview for the Customer Service position I applied for tomorrow. I enjoyed my experience and look forward to working with CSR in the future.

THIS is the review you need to read, people: I have had stellar experiences working with CSR Personnel over the past few years, working in a variety of settings and across industries (marketing to retail to office jobs and more). They are always professional, courteous, and give me the tools and information I need to succeed; specifically I work with Jessica, I have for the last almost 3 years and I am always happy with her work overall, especially her attention to detail and ability to place me according to fit and skill. It is pretty simple here - do a good job, show up, follow simple directions, be a hard worker and boom! You get asked back to do assignments, get requested by past employers, and enjoy good relationships all around. As a staffing agency CSR Personnel WANTS to find people work, wants to help them to get into a job that, in many cases, can become a full time position. It is to everyones benefit that the right people are chosen for a job, and CSR has always worked hard to facilitate that kind of quality experience for me. I take responsibility for myself and my work, and CSR respects me for respecting myself. When I see a review on here that is so drastically different than the experiences I continue to have with this company, I cannot help but wonder if people are taking responsibility for themselves and their work ethics, or simply expecting the world to hand them everything they want, wrapped up with a bow. You have to work smart and hard to get good work in this world, period. If you are a good worker, then CSR is the place for you to be and everyone there will help you succeed.

This company is precisely why I do not like staffing agencies. In my experience people treat temp workers or the unemployed like they are defective or beneath other people.I applied to a job listing CSR had posted and was asked to come in for an interview. Long story short, I show up for my interview and they have no record of me being scheduled to come in. The office attendants, potentially recruiters maybe, were so rude and unprofessional. I am not sure they could have made me it more clear that I was not welcomed (sighing, rolling of the eyes, being huffy- really good dramatice irritation). As I am job hunting I decided to try and move past the disrespectful greeting, I got an application. Per both the woman being finished talking to other candidates I asked if we could speak as I had questions about their company specific process, the application in my hand, and a few other generic questions since they are professional job recruiter. Honest normal request, office attendant/recruiter was not having it.I get that everyone has bad days but the way they were acting this is obvious all the time behavior. The exchange digressed quick and ended with me snatching my information and leaving. I will find a job by other means.I can only imagine the headaches that come with this company. No thanks.

I applied at CSR Personnel for a call center position and was hired on the spot! The recruiter I met with was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable during the interview process. The position I was hired for is great and I was hired on permanently by my employer so a BIG thank you to CSR for my great job.

This is the first staffing agency I have ever used, and I am so impressed. Definetly worth going to if you are in need of a job! Also shout out to Alyssa Staples she is so nice and she helped me out and still continues to. Its awesome to find a company that actually csres.

Huge waist of time. I had a interview out in the Gresham office, I showed up 20 mins early. No one was there. The whole office was closed. So I waited about a hour for some one to show up. no one did. later I got a phone call from the Portland office asking me for a interview. I was think hey this is a different office why not give them a try. So I went and was offered 3 jobs on Wednesday . I was told that if I did not hear back from them the next day to call on Friday. So I call Friday and was told that the Employer has not responded back yet. So I called Monday Morning and was told that they gave the jobs to more qualified candidates.After dealing with this company for the short amount of time that I have. Even if they were to offer me a job I think I would have to turn it down.... If you do go threw CSR I hope they do a good job for you.

I have ZERO criminal history, a class A license, 3 years experience, nice attire, and clean urine, and they still treated me like a homeless person.The women that run this place are very VERY rude, there is no bathroom, just an overall waste of time.I only went because I had another interview in the neighborhood, the bad reviews alone were enough to keep my expectations of this place low, and, I wasnt disappointed.

They post ads online promising good pay and hours, but the ads are fake. They will promise the position is real and get you to fill out a very personal and in-depth application, then call you later with a one day temp job. There should be laws against this type of activity. Its not right how they lure you in with fake ads to expand their database. Giving people false hope like this is horrible. They are no different than a used car lot. My next complaint will be with the Better Business Bureau. I strongly encourage others to do the same to end this unethical business.

Ive worked here and they are great at communicating etc.

They dont even answer the phone for me after doing one job its sad.
