The receiving lady, Kay, was very kind and respectful! Unloading was about 30 minutes! Best to park on lower section of San Rafael by John Deer place, and walk up to check in as the lot is tight and under construction. Make sure you get your load locks back! I didnt, and ended up without them!Ill hope to deliver there again!

Easy place to get into. Being Portland and all. Brought my paperwork out to me when they finished unloading.

Driveway for semi trucks is the second one swing wide its tight.other than that not much room to move around. but nice people they will work with you

Extremely rude receiving guy. Probably the worst I’ve had the displeasure of meeting in Oregon. He made multiple false allegations about myself and the other driver checking in (such as that we were ringing the bell multiple times, that I didn’t drive for the company that’s name is on the side of both my truck and trailer, etc). The only saving grace is that unloading was extremely quick, but at 3 pallets it should be. Back when I was OTR, I got used to unprofessional and semi-disrespectful people from the east coast but this was something entirely different. Don’t think I’ll be back. Not a fan of being lied to, especially about such easily disprovable and petty matters.

They actually start receiving around 2am. Got there @ for a 5am appointment, unloaded and out by 5:45.

Fast friendly service. Docked and unloaded in less than 45 minutes.

They only unload by appointment only. You dont make it by your appointment you will be waiting. Your back up driving skills better be on point. There is hardly any space between the docks and even lesser room to back your truck into a space. The loading dock was design for roll up doors.

This Shamrock place is the best to unload, all the Shamrock places I know takes them 4 to 8 hours to unload, but not with this guys I came and dropped two pallets, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you!!

One old guy is very rude he don’t know how to talk with people I tell them talk nice with drivers

Very fast. They dont start until 3am. You can come early and park, take the 2nd entrance though (marked flatbed entrance). Also parking across the street when done.

Best place i have delivered they are super fast. And you can park there for the night. 👍
