Very friendly helpful staff. These guys are kind of off the beaten path down underneath the Burnside bridge In Southeast Portland. I came out of the office after checking in and asked one of the employees that was walking by, heading to his car or truck, if he could tell me where the loading dock was around the backside of the building. He started to explain but then said you know what Ill do you one better and he took me around back and showed me exactly where I needed to go and how I needed to drive into the parking lot to get lined up right. The back side loading docks take you into what looks to be the employee parking lot area so it is kind of tight to manoeuvre. I was really appreciative that he took the extra time to walk me over and show me the best path to get in. Wish I would have got his name to put in my post. But kudos to everybody all around. Very pleasant experience.

Very friendly people and a nice place to deliver. Not the easiest place to get to in a truck but doable. They only have two docks for delivery but there is room on the street to wait. They do have bathrooms available to truck drivers, you just have to ask.

Great company. Helpful staff. Produce comes out of the ground its not gonna be perfect. But if you are not satisfied they will make it right. Refreshing to see a company that still carries strong integrity.

Company has no morals. Dishonest and bad business practices. Competitors pay higher salary’s and Charlie’s Produce dominates the state produce market. They are minuscule in Washington.

Fun work environment and EASY work, but scheduling is horrible you get punished for doing your deliverys fast. I actually was trained by 3 different drivers that told me to go slow or they will send you back out on another run. I would have stayed if that was different.

Quick off load and friendly receiving kinda of a pain to try to get into door without hitting any cars and you have to go down to spark to get to it if you have tractor trailer 53 foot trailer
