If you coming here pack a lunch. Took about 3 hours or so for them to load every tire by hand. For pick up.

Called ahead and was told can try to come in earlier in case a work in is possible. Checked in 0700 for a 12pm appt and was told to return at appt time (busy day) Got a door at 1145 and started getting loaded at 12pm. Loading completed at 1530. 3.5 hours total for loading. The gentleman in charge of running things here isnt communicatve, some would say odd in his style of doing so or rather lack there of. Not a big deal in general but as his job really does require this skill it was a weird encounter/ experience, over all.

Very long to download, they do not receive you before the appointment of your download, and at the time of the appointment only they receive the papers, because the ramp give it 1 hra later, and it takes 4 hrs to finish unloading ... Here you lose a lot of time.

Arrived in a down pour and I decided to wait it out which had me checking in 15min late. They understood and put me right in a door. It took me 2hrs to load me they brought me my paper work(in the rain) and I was gone. They were very polite and professional.

Showed up at 11:30 for a 12 o clock appointment, loaded and gone before 1 p.m.

Was in and out quickly.

So I have to pick a star to put comments on here if they give me a choice I would not give them a star.. the guy that works in the office is un professional and hateful. I have talk to bout five drivers that work here they hate it but when money is tight what do you do. They give u storys and its going to suck am changing them fuel three times is kinda bull. If the guy is the owner god help the employees I would not work for him if his not I belive action needs to be taken that people work with people is more professional at there job.i WILL NEVER COME BACK and if your reading this I would drop the load off somewhere let someone else take it

Tires tires and tires. Hand loaded, so expect to wait 4 to 5 hours if you dont want to wait stay away
