I will never buy a Ford Product again due to the piece of garbage known as the 2014 Ford Focus SE, I have been to the Dealer 8 times going on my 9th to have a reliable car to drive, was given a used car warranty from ford that just covers the basics and I still get to pay them $100 every time I need a diagnostic yay me :(.The car currently only has 46k miles on it and is now possibly having a PCM or a TCM failure.

Was subcontracted out to work for them for a few years they are Union they are very slow and they take their sweet time doing anything a lot of the employees that work there smoke pot and their mentality shows it

I am SUPER discouraged, did-appointed, overwhelmed and frustrated/angry at the way I was handled by the service department. Although staff was pleasant, I feel cheated. I brought my 2008 Ford Taures in August 28, 2015 stating I was having problems with shifting. Transmission would randomly misshift, or all my dash lights would come on and I would loose power to transmission completely, of which I do not see on initial paperwork writeup of my complaint. I would stop, turn car off, wait a few minutes and then srat it up and put it in gear reverse and then forward. The car would slam into gear in both directions and then stop, would drive fine for a week, few weeks or even a month and then do it all over. I told this to the service counter. I understand diagnosis is not magic and sometimes things do not show up plain as day. I explained what the problem was, but they could not find it. I drive it for past couple years with this random mis-happening of shift problems. I could not see paying another diagnostic fee for something the technicians could not explain or find. I took it to Transmissions Unlimited where they proceded to tell me random acts such as this could be dirt inside trans that plugs sensors or vacuums causing such a random stall or shift issue. I paid them $400 to change fluids, filter, thorough cleaning of Transmission. I drove for a week and then it happened again, CHRISTMAS on my dash. I AM SUPER UNHAPPY. I brought to Awesome to get another diagnosis hoping and praying it was not my transmission. I was informed that two sensors were bad, and broken even and that this was causing my issues. They probably were not broke in 2015 is why no reading. This seems odd to me when they are professionals trained to troubleshoot. I DO NOT FEEL I should have had to pay $900 to fix a problem Under Warrantee that should have been covered and found in 2015 when it all started. I know nothing is perfect but this disheartens me and makes me never wishing to do business with Awesome Ford again. I will mention this injustice to everyone asking what I think of your company. Dont think its worth $1000 to you to receive such bad reviews, but this is totally unfair and unjust. I do believe it should have been covered by the warrantee and found at the time since it IS the SAME problem that existed in 2015.

I m a Ford Guy. But quality is down and price is up. I would never purchase a Gas truck with a Diesel truck price tag.
