Because out of all the places I’ve gone to to cash my check I’ve never been offered any of the services you provide. The fee to cash my check was a little steep but I really needed an account so it worked out. The employee that helped me was exceptional. Not to often can someone provide that much information without making it sound rehearsed or dull. She was great.

I received a call from a collection agency in Texas because of a loan that I had already paid in full over a year ago. Luckily I didnt pay them back with cash as they insisted. They charged my card so I had proof of payment on my bank statement, or I wouldve had to pay the loan back again. If you do pay them back with cash, be sure to save the proof for a long time.

I borrowed a small loan (from Ace Cash Express) a few years ago with no problems. I returned seeking another small loan with no change to my income, employer or banking information and was denied a loan. Had to leave the loan agency, drive to my bank to obtain hard copies of my bank statement even though I was in their system and in good standing with no changes to my financial information or employment information. I was then denied and told to try Rapid Cash. Definitely wont return to Ace Cash Express and wouldnt recommend them to anybody!

The woman that helped me at the Ace Cash Express located on Lombard in Portland Oregon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went over everything with me including the app and anything and everything I might need to know I didnt mean to ask any questions because she was already covering everything without the need to ask any question by far one of the best experiences Ive had been trying to cash a check anywhere she deserves a raise I was extremely helpful

Received such excellent customer service from Shenita. She had a jam packed store and was working by herself. She took her time and waiting on everyone and had a pleasant attitude the entire time. She answered all my questions and everything was done correctly! I will definitely be coming back to see her she is one of the nicest I have met yet!

Kind staff, knowledgeable and patient if you have a question, they are capable of answering. Fees are reasonable, and though you may not get all cash from your check cashing, please understand some locations are more frequented than others, so if they need to put some on a debit card, it is most likely because they are trying to have enough at the end of business day to have cash to offer each customer, and not be out of it.

The clerks are always friendly, do all they can to assure all needs are satisfied to the best of their ability, and they get things handled fairly quickly.

The employee that assisted me was extremely helpful, fast, polite and patient with me. The time I spent there was 15 minutes maximum and the entire process was extremely easy. The clerk was patient and thorough when I asked for clarification about anything I didnt understand. Overall I was very satisfied with the clerk and the process.

My transaction took about a hour to receive a MoneyGram and I was the only person in the entire store!!! lady did not speak fluent English and was still unable to pull up order but walmart was able to help me and it was done quick with a line of people customer service was 0 help 0 over all exspience 0 no stars should be available

Clean facade considering the amount of traffic. The inside was air conditioned and felt comfortable. The wait was short but I was there on a weekday around 4pm. Service was friendly and fast. Waited about 1 minute.
