Pristine Detailing did a wonderful job on my black Ford Escape. This car hasnt had a professional detail since I bought it, so it was definitely overdue. They cleaned, waxed, and polished the exterior as well as removed any sap. As a result, they were able to bring back my deep black color, as well as remove most of the clearcoat scratches. It was also a pleasant surprise that my interior was vacuumed out free of charge! I highly recommend this place for its quality of work, and value! Thank you

I brought my Jeep Wrangler for an exterior detail and door polish to fix minor scratches and these guys did an outstanding job! Very pleased with the results. Another reason I got the detail was to remove all the tar and iron build up on doors and it was all removed. Jeep looks brand new.

I would recommend working with Pristine Detailing to anyone considering getting their car detailed. Wiley took incredible care of my vehicle and made it look brand new which was perfect since I am working to sell the vehicle-- the price was clear and Wiley worked with me from the beginning to understand everything going into the process. He even helped me by dropping off the car when it was finished. A few days later I noticed there was a lot of moisture in the car, and Wiley took it in again to get it completely dry and even had a professional friend take a look at the seals to see what was going on. They fixed it up and returned it to me again after the storm, and I couldnt have been more pleased! Thank you, Wiley! Your thoughtfulness, great attitude and care are so appreciated, especially in an industry that can be difficult to navigate!

These guys are awesome! My truck looks as good as the day I bought it. Ive used other detailers before and they were just not quite as good. Have you ever read reviews for a place and been excited to go, only to leave scratching your head and wondering if you just visited the twilight zone? That was my experience as the work performed was not pristine and it certainly wasnt detailed.This place was not professional or punctual. I made my appointment online and when it was booked I attached a message asking for several add-ons. Because of the pricing system, this was not automated so when I dropped my car off, I asked to speak to someone about the pricing and services provided. The guy that helped me was nice but had no idea what was going and could offer no other information than I had booked the basic package(so none of my add-ons I requested when the appt was booked would be performed). He called someone who was in charge and handed me the phone. That guy was nice too but without seeing pricing and a list of services compounded by the overall lack of professionalism in the encounter I decided to just stick with the basic.Later I was called when the car was finished and I told them I would be there within the hour to pick it up. When I arrived no one was there and the shop was locked. I called and someone said the employee had to leave and would be back soon. About 15 minutes later someone finally came back so I could pay and get my key. Im thankful for that time however because it allowed me to inspect the wash job which could best be described as lackluster at best.There was excess wax built up and left on several of the door handles and so many spots missed that I asked the guy about it and he rewiped down the entire car (while he was on the phone with someone) while I stood by which was very awkward. Even when he finished I asked to take the rag as there were still other major spots that were missed. In addition, there was adhesive from a dealer sticker on the back bumper that will still on so I am puzzled as to how they washed and waxed there.This is the first poor review of a place Ive ever given and the only reason it is not 1 star is because my hopes is that this place is under new management and still getting the kinks worked out, or maybe the A team had the day off and these people working were just covering the shift temporarily.Im not generally a ballbuster but when you pay someone to DETAIL your car,...you cant help but to expect a certain level of quality and attention to DETAIL which was lacking here.

I had my RAM 1500 detailed at Pristine a couple Months ago. I did a review then but I noticed that it did not post ( maybe I made an error and it did not send ). My RAM had alot of scratches in the paint and Pristine did a fantastic job of removing them. The total job came out perfect and I was completely satisfied...I dont know what they used for wax but it repelled dirt for many weeks and it still has its shine over two+ Months later. I have a two year old tonneau cover and they made it look like new. I have 20 chrome rims and those looked great and kept their shine for many weeks. The owner and his co-worker were super nice and a pleasure to work with.... they worked out a time that best suited my schedule.

This amazing business worked us in immediately when we had an emergency situation involving cat pee on the back seat of our brand new car. So helpful and polite, cannot recommend them more highly!

Wiley is the man! I brought him a 20 year old Rav4 we just bought, this thing had literally never been cleaned and was smoked in its entire life. Not only did he get me in the same day, he kept me updated the whole time. The car looks amazing! Seriously I never thought it would look as good as it does now. 7/22/2020Pristine They are definitely living up to the name I took my Jaguire there that had been sitting six months .I it left for couple days till he could fit me in The owner said he would do al little Each day Well he went above and beyond He took rats nests out that had been under the hood and various places the smell was pretty bad when I dropped it off He bought a filter and vent deodorisers and got that smell out I needed a inspection so he took it to the garage on the other side of his business as they do each other favours and got that done for me He would have got my oil change but I was ok for now . When I picked her up she looked like she came off the show room and smelled like it to This is a family business Who is very friendly honest and definitely take their job seriously You want it done right Make this your one stop shop Another thing the owner called me every day to update me on the progress of the cleaning and any issues (like the rats nests ! ) He called to find out how much it would cost to put a new felt liner under the hood but let me know it wasn’t a necessary thing in this climate I got a daily update He was like Doctor Wash and my Jaquire Was his Patient Definitely going back There !
