When I was first looking into their services, I was at a crossroads with my hospital (3 FTE DVM practice). We were rapidly growing and having growing pains. I needed to hire more management (in addition to me, my full time hospital manager and a bit with my associates), but couldnt really figure out who to hire or even exactly what I needed to hire for. I knew I would be looking at 40-50K in salary (plus benefits) for the right person. It thought about an outside consulting/management company, but was utterly turned off by all of the people who had approached me...and, as I am sure is true with all practice owners, I was approached by them constantly.Then I met iVET360 and it seemed perfect - an entire team of people/experts to help with exactly what I need help with. With their assistance, I have improved my hospitals efficiency, identified problems and made needed changes, updated tons of stuff with regards to marketing (Google Plus, Instagram, FB, twitter, direct mailers, client handouts and brochures, etc; some truly unique marketing strategies that I have never even seen; and monthly SEO reports that are prepared for me and reviewed with me), financial analysis and intrepretation (easy to read reports that are updated daily and I can view them from my computer or iPad/iPhone easily; they review budget, projections, hospital performance with exceptional detail, reports to reduce lost clients, month to month and year to year comparisons, etc), updated all my HR stuff - keep it up to date along with creating new contracts/manuals/etc as needed, built two new websites, work easily with me and my hospital manager, have even trained some of my staff directly, etc, etc, etc...I could go on for a long time. They completely follow through with their promises - weekly phone calls are on time to the minute, emails are beyond prompt (often immediate), they are often available evenings and weekends, they make me feel like I am the only client they have.I love that they have no contracts, I can quit anytime, month to month payments only. I strongly recommend that you give them at least 6-8 weeks to prove themselves as it takes a lot of time to gather info, learn what you need, build customized reports, etc.In the end, the monthly cost seems like a very small price to pay for the services they provide. I can guarantee that I am able to generate many times that amount in income based on their services/recommendations, not to mention the peace of mind that comes with knowing this talented group of people is on my team. I would likely have had to hire a full management team (5 or 6 people? Hundreds of thousands of dollars!!) to get what I am getting with iVET360. They are very ethical, very honest, and simply a really nice group of people. You know that never ending list of things that you need to do for your hospital? They essentially make that list disappear. Seriously.So, is it worth it? Absolutely.
