The place is so clean its practically immaculate. The recent remodel did an excellent job, including artwork to match the polished surfaces. The office workers are prompt and courteous. I like that the same security personnel is at the front lobby desk for several years now. Thats a nice feeling when entering the building.

Rude. Terrible service! They are in business NOT to rebate anything!Applied for a rebate for a new heat pump. Denied . *they say* I submitted the information past 60 days. Not true.Submitted information for a rebate on 11 new windows. Denied. They want 11 different stickers, which the installer removed and discarded.Will NEVER use or recommend them, going to file a formal complaint with whomever I can.

I have a freezer that was recyclable and met all the criteria for the Energy Trust Recycling Program. I got an ATO # and was offered a recycling date that was six weeks in the future. Having a old freezer sitting in my garage for that long is not acceptable. I have a second option of letting the appliance dealer taking the old freezer when they deliver the new one.Guess which one Ill choose? A program that pretends to be recycling of appliances to benefit a homeowner is a sham if it doesnt remove the appliance in a reasonable amount of time. I think a week at the outside would be reasonable. If I called Goodwill with a donation and they said more than two days, Id give the stuff to a different charity. I think your program is a crock.

These guys are energy experts and do a great job helping find what incentives are available. Be sure to contact them early on in the process!

You cannot find the forms for tax credit on their website - I sent them an e-mail to call me and/or send the form for credit for hot water on demand a week ago & have heard noting from them...
