I’ll bullet point:- Don’t pay for your test by phone before scheduling. The system will be full or down and you will be forced to pay again (read the other reviews and look at other psi locations. Pay online and schedule yourself. (Online often has a few days lag time from your course completion to them receiving it on you acct to allow scheduling. Worth the wait)- finished my exam 2 weeks ago. They said I passed but won’t give me my results. It’s against “policy”. Claimed results will be emailed to me within a few minutes. They were not.- called customer service. Spoke to 4 reps and 1 sup. Each told me a different thing: results will be sent within 3-5 business days by email (they were not), address, (while I received mail from them, no results), by special request ticket email 3-5 business days (never came).- the only thing they’ve agreed on is that they will not be giving me my results. Some lie and say that they “can’t see them” but others have told me honestly that they can but are not allowed to tell me. Last call the supervisor flat out hung up on me.- I paid $140 for these people to hide my results from me and- so far after 2 weeks- the department of licensing. FOR AN ELECTRONIC TEST THAT SHOULD TELL ME ON THE SPOT OR VIA AUTOMATED EMAIL.Wish I could give 0 stars. Beware. I am reporting to the DOL.

Pleasant staff... I found the computer screens hard to look at, low quality. And there is seem to be something dirty about the place... Maybe its an older building. Something just didnt feel/smell right.

Terrible company. Worst customer service. DO NOT PAY THEM before they schedule your test. They keep trying to take payment and have not even been able to help me yet

The staff were great, but the room was outdated and lacked the soundproofing compared to other PSI locations.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (IF YOU CAN EVEN GET THROUGH TO THEM). THEY MADE ME PAY FOR TWO TESTS THAT I WAS UNABLE TO TAKE DUE TO THEIR SYSTEM NOT WORKING. THEY SHOULD BE TRULY ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!!!!

Scammy. Con-artists that administrator state required testing of the knowledge you probably paid too much for to begin with.

Easy to test

Nice place for testing. The testing room was like sitting in a sauna for 3 1/2 hours. Dress like you are going to Hawaii

Went to a CPA/Financial Advisor at this building - Carol Elizabeth. My parents used her for years. She is great!

Faulty Test!!Went in for the CCB test for Contractors license and while completing (which was open book) I began to notice that many of the answers to choose from for the questions were incorrect...After noticing this more than 8 times, I went out to the front desk to inform them that I have the book in front of me and the correct answer is written in black and white in the book and the answers that are being provided on the test were incorrect!!The man working there said they know that and to just do the best I could and to make notes of it on their computer system..Very frustrating knowing that I paid for the study course and had to pay to take a faulty test with incorrect answers which hindered my overall test score and consumed over 2 hours of my time, plus the time to travel...Very unhappy with my experience ~ anyone going to psi exams to take the contractors should be completely aware of this because they do NOT tell you this information ~ they TAKE your money and wish you the best of luck knowing that the test is faulty...

I parked. I entered. I found my way to the testing center. I checked in. I tested. I received my results and left the premises.Not really a whole lot to say other than the temperature of the room was just fine, the locked bathrooms couldve been nicer, but the employees were pleasant.I guess the landlord of building is who I should be complaining to about the bathrooms.

As far as testing centers go. This one was great! I took a test break, grabbed water & candy from the proctors desk. A first. It kept me fired up while passing my exam.

PSI customer help bounced back to me saying that my request could not be processed at this time. I was on hold for 20minutes & left a message where the computer generated voice said I would get a call back within 24 hours. I have yet to get a call or get through to anyone. I was also told to go to any sherif office to get finger printed. I now have a copy of my finger prints for myself for $15.00.

Everything about this place was uncomfortable. From the sketchy parking lot with homeless people walking around looking in and out of car windows to the testing center itself which in one room was way too hot, and in the next was way too cold! I mean cant we find a happy medium somewhere people? Everything was stressful from beginning to end with the process from checking into going into the test nothing made sense, they had no laid out specific set of rules for first come first serve described anywhere in the room. You just show up sit down and hope that youre doing the right thing. Lame!

Four stars because this place was so hard to find! The staff was friendly, but the location could definitely be either better placed, or they could at least have some signage outside.

Worst testing service around. I left 5 voicemails and sat on hold for over two hours and still was never able to speak to a live person. Finally had to email and still havent gotten my refund. Dont buy the practice exams, they have major issues with every browser and youll never get a refund. Just the worst

In kind of run down building, but the people there were awesome.

Staff and building are ok. But the real estate exam is very rough I’ve worked for and around government associated agencies the test needs work for better review for those of us who didn’t pass the first four times

A busy, tucked-away place where folks take all sorts of certification exams (I took - and passed - an Amazon Web Services exam here). Down-to-business but friendly staff wrangle the hordes of test-takers that make their way here.
