Ive been working with Thomas Caddy since I took my first class in 2006. I lost contact with him after taking the Caddy Method about a year or so later. I caught up again with Thomas in 2021. I realized that a refresher coaching session was in order. I forgot that those are included in the price of the class!! So I just bought Sales Mastery. Im very happy I did that; Im positive that I will see even more positive results soon. Tom has a gift. He can see what it is you need to focus on next that will lead you to your next break through. Its refreshing, and Im always a bit surprised at how quickly our sessions move. Update 9/10/19 -Wanted to give you an update Thomas of what has happened using your program!These are a few statistics that I have gathered in the past 3 months:-Best numbers for conversion with Essilor (lens company) in the months of June / July / August in all categorys.-41% capture rate in May - 94% capture rate in July - That means that out of the 46 people that came in, 44 of them purchased glasses in some fashion.-Customers are feeling more comfortable and spending more money at our clinic.-With fewer patients we are still able to maintain our previous profit levels.Dear reader,I started this training only three weeks ago. I had fears and limiting beliefs that were so strong that people around me seemed to pick up on it. Many years of study and grinding has gone on to improve me as a person. I did not think it was possible to make a change in one session, that is because I believed it was another one of those sales trainings. It was not until I met Thomas that it all seemed to click.I could fill this post with all the things that have taken place in three short weeks. The one that I would like to highlight is that my first time with him in person resulted in me getting rid of some of those limiting beliefs.
