I bought a plugin and it was not compatible with multiple ones I already have. Support is trying to get access to live website even if you explain that, legally, youre not allowed to share admin access to your data... Their responses dont let you feel any trust so you wont give them access to your customers data. They try to fix issues on a stage website but they wont share how they fixed it and keep asking to get access to live website. When you open a dispute to get a refund, they will not accept the refund so no money back guarantee... Plus, they suspend your account when you open a claim through PayPal. I dont recommend them and Ill never deal with them again.

The trials of their software are pretty sketchy. Its $1, but it automatically signs you up for the full payment 14 days later. Even reading the fine print is not clear. They are refusing to refund us $279 for software we are not using. Pretty frustrating. Having to dispute the transactions with PayPal and my bank. All they had to do was refund the money.
