The guys at Gary’s did everything imaginable to chase down why my newly-purchased van was throwing a misfire code. In the end, they got it to run much better, but were honest with me about the issue being something that could require more work. Still, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Ive been to Garys a few times over the years—I have a 2007 truck that needs the occasional alignment check or exhaust tune-up—and they always take excellent care of me. The repairs are fast, and the staff is extremely communicative. Thats on top of the price being more than fair 100% of the time. I wont go anywhere else.

I’ve used them twice recently, for both of my cars. I worked with two different people, and both of them were extremely professional, honest, and transparent. Garys did what my insurance company didnt do in 2 weeks. They scheduled me Monday morning to replace my key cylinder that had been stripped by a car thief. also found me a replacement middle seat that had been removed by said thief. In one days timeSpectacular service as usual. Thank you

My sister recommended Ger-Brock Automotive to me but turns out they only do foreign cars. Since I drive a Ford, they recommended Garys and Im so glad they did!Im taking a road trip next week and wanted to get my car checked out and an oil change. Garys was very straightforward about what maintenance I should have performed. I got all 4 tires changed (they didnt all match before today and let me tell you, what a difference having uniformed tires!!!), my rear shocks replaced, and battery replaced. I was expecting the final cost to be higher and felt that the pricing was very fair.I am so happy to have found a trustworthy auto shop. I will absolutely recommend this auto shop to everyone I know. Garys was highly recommended by my Subaru mechanic for a truck that his shop didnt service. My brakes were smoking (!) after exiting a freeway. Garys initially expected that the calipers would need replacing and predicted the cost would be around $800. After examining the truck, they determined that the problem was mostly a brake adjustment issue with the possibility of a stuck parking brake, but all issues were taken care of in a one hour time frame for $135. I appreciate the honesty first of all. Just tested the truck with a couple of dump runs and I am happy to report my brakes are NOT smoking and everything appears fixed. Also, very nice customer service!

I went in for an oil change and safety inspection. Turns out I actually needed quite a bit of work done (which had already been recommended to me by another mechanic about a year before and I anticipated as I have a 2003 car). I felt they quoted me a pretty fair price considering the work that needed to be done. They stuck within their budget and had my car done in about a day and a half. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Gary’s is the best. They are fast and affordable and have never ever ever tried to upsell to me. I admittedly don’t know s#*+ about cars, so it’s really nice to have a mechanic shop that’s honest. Last time I brought my car in they didn’t even charge me because it was a simple fix.

All good. 4 new tires and alignment on 85 Nissan 720 PU, anxious to run a pikes peak type road cause its fun to drive 5 sp stick. I hit curb straight on and scared had bad damage but they lined it up and in and appears to be a good shop to do business with.

Super solid customer service. I popped in unannounced because my headlight bulb went out and needed a replacement. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The price was right. Ive used Garys in the past for oil changes and battery replacement. I keep on coming back to them because I dont feel like they try to upsale or trick me in any way. Theyre what we wish all car repair shops were like. Also a really clean space.

My husband and I found this amazing place through google searching mechanics near the area we were planning to buy our new car. I called them up and told them we were hoping to buy a car however we wanted to be safe and have it checked by a mechanic. They were real with us and didnt give us lip service. We were very pleased and impressed with how amazing and thorough they were in looking at our car. Im so happy we went to this mechanic instead of someone else! We dont live in the area however if we were to ever be back in their area we will be back to give them our business.Also they have a fine taste in coffee, the main area smelled like hazelnut coffee. Who doesnt like the smell of coffee in the morning.Anyways these guys are great and super friendly, realistic and transparent with you. I also want to add that we were expecting a very very stressful day and they cut most to almost all of that stress. They made doing business easy and stress free.

This is place i discovered when i was looking for a one stop shop that could take care of our fleet of school vehicles. For over 6 yrs they have gone far and beyond what any other shop has done or would do. They offer every service in one location. From maintenance, to alignments, tires, pick up, drop off and towing. I even take my own personal vehicles for these services to be performed. I highly recommend them and you will not be disappointed. I just had 4 new tires put on, alignment, and oil change and as usual excellent!

This place goes above and beyond...I have been bringing my fleet of delivery vehicles to them for 10 years plus. They are only looking out for your vehicle and your safety. Gary’s has been great the few times I’ve used them so far. I brought in a car for a second opinion and their estimate was about half the cost but included a much more thorough inspection. They were very interactive in walking me through everything that was wrong and what the priority of repairs were, giving a “good better best” option.Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional and enthusiastic, and so far I’ve never felt misled by them. While the hospitality was great, the work and timelines were lacking... I don’t review places often but we brought our car in for an air conditioner repair, not once, not twice, but four times... each time they kept the car more than a day later than they said they would, 2 of the times it was multiple days later.

We took our mid nineties ford ranger to another shop in town to fix a problem with our fuel system. After charging us to replace a fuel pump and filler neck hose, both of those stopped working.We then took it to Gary’s auto where Will helped us diagnose and solve our problems. He even discovered that the previous shop didn’t replace our fuel pump like they said they had, and helped us be able to get a refund from that original mechanic.Gary’s Auto, and Will specifically, were incredibly helpful, and focused on solving the actual problems instead of just selling us parts. With a quick turnaround time to boot. Because of how they treated us we will be taking all of our cars here from now on.

Friendly folks, unfortunately friendly doesnt fix cars.I made an appointment to drop my car off and was told it should be a one day job. I called back two hours later and they had not yet looked at it. I called back two more hours later and was told they still had not looked at it.I left it with them for the rest of the day,called back twenty six hours after having dropped my vehicle off and they still had not even looked at it.They wasted my time. Dont say you can do a job when you cant, just be honest about your work load up front.

Called the place and they said they had the RV tire I needed and we set up an appointment. Called the day before and confirmed they had the tire and the appointment. We arrived and was informed that not only that they didnt have the tire they do not install RV tires.

Generally good work albeit a bit slow. I always have to plan on leaving my vehicle for several days in their shop to get done what other shops do in a day.I had an issue of occasional blue smoke when I start my vehicle. I had asked to have this as a priority diagnosis along with a general tune-up. On the 2nd day of my vehicle in the shop they addressed the blue smoke with a possible solution but they would need it a 3rd day. It’s unknown why they couldn’t do this in the first two days.

Hands down one of the best experiences Ive had with automotive maintenance. Will was great and very accommodating. Everyone was very helpful and I drove away feeling good about the experience rather than getting like I was sold something I didnt need. I would definitely trust them to do work on my vehicles again.

I was recommended to these guys over 4 years now and have come to them ever since for my vehicles to be serviced as well for tires. I have to say these guys are wonderful in every way. They are friendly, timely, do great work, but most of all honest. I travel quite far to them because their prices are excellent as well their honesty regarding what I need or dont need done on my vehicle and have never been disappointed. Today I came in for a brake light and Mr K paid for it. I just live these guys. They get to know you like family and I plan to keep coming to them even when I move over 100 miles away since I have family in town to visit. Had a pretty good experience at Garys. Staff were nice, they checked out my brakes, and changed out my snow tires. Turns out the brakes were fine, so they didnt do any unnecessary service, which I appreciate. Swapping out the tires cost a little more than I was hoping for, but not bad considering the other work. I would come here again.Also conveniently located to a bus line if you need to leave your car and ride home or to work.

They immediately looked at my car and assessed the problem. They were going to have to find the parts for my car (foreign made). Not only that, they helped me pick up a rental car.Tony made many calls to find the parts, including calling overseas several times. He wouldn’t give up and finally was able to order the parts.My car is running perfectly now! Absolutely brilliant service from a group that shows its professionalism. The difference between Garys Auto Care & Tire Pros and another award winning customer service dealership I had recently dealt with was like night and day. The guys here actually paid attention, took notes and at the end of the day based the repair I needed based upon the issues that I had noticed and described. The other dealership I had dealt with wanted to charge me 5K for work that wasnt needed, Garys Auto Care came in well under 2K to fix the same issue. The difference being they only carried out the work that was needed and didnt try to perform work that wasnt needed. I dealt with Tony and he was very upfront with the scope of work, followed up with the next day with a quote and kept me informed of how things were progressing. All in all I would fully recommend you bring your vehicle here. Theyve earned all my business thats for sure!

Gary’s Auto Care really took care of me. I had to go in a couple of times because my check engine light kept coming on and they were finally able to figure out what was wrong and even gave me a good discount for the trouble. I live close and they provided a shuttle for me to drop me off and pick me up from home while they worked on my car so I didn’t have to spend extra on an Uber ride. Overall very professional, pleasant experience, and fair prices. Would definitely recommend!

While waiting for routine service on my Toyota Highlander, I realized Ive been coming to Garys for about 13 years. The personal service is outstanding. Being the business is family owned/operated, they hire exceptional technicians to insure their work reflects family standards. Where else can you find the actual owner, Gary, driving customers home when their drivers are busy with other customers!

Garys Automotive did my truck and me solid by staying after close to make sure I had a vehicle for the weekend. Initially it looked like the part was to arrive too late in the day, but I received a text letting me know they got the part and they would stay late to install. All in all I was pleased with their communication and attention on getting both rear wheel bearings and hubs replaced on my tundra in a short amount of time.

They helped when my tire was completely flat. Took the old tire off and got my spare on in about 10 minutes during an ice storm so I could go to Les Schwab since my tires were under warranty. Didnt charge me for it, great group of people and I will definately use them any time I have tire troubles in the future!
