I have been very unhappy with the service and expectations set by this policy. I was quoted one rate, which was fine. Was informed that milewise would lower my rate even further, this ended up being inaccurate and when I wanted to change my policy back to standard monthly payments, it magically tripled. I will be moving to another company as soon as this policy is up. Would give less than 1 start if possible.

Allstate insurance-Joseph Sturgis has been awesome to my family and I. We love their upfront and honest customer service. They are very down to earth and easy to talk to and get along with. I highly reccomend them if your looking for new insurance company!

I was anxious to purchase a pay per mile auto policy. Milewise seemed like a good option. Dealing with the Sturgis Agency was convoluted from the start. The first contact was okay but the agent had poor follow up. A critical phone appointment to initiate coverage and cancel the then existing coverage was not kept and with no explanation. I had to pursue this agency to initiate coverage, There is no problem with my driving record. After the policy issued both the daily rate and the mileage rate increased the second month of coverage, also with no explanation. I contacted the agency regarding the unexpected rate increase and was told there was a “glitch”. I could not in good conscience recommend the Joseph Sturgis Agency to anyone.
