Scam ! scam! scam! buyer beware!! please make sure you can make contact with someone or go in to this establishment personally. do your research before buying something online and sending in a module etc. i purchased a ecu vin programmed session on a subaru impreza. i didnt do my research before and found this person does not answer any type of information or questions. not even a phone call. im out 150.00 for no reason. luckily i was able to call fed ex and cancel my order in time before they kept my module too. mutiple attempts for a refund. nothing. please do your research before dealing with this shady business. if this business is out, someone is still collecting money from there online store.

My 2001 volkswagon beetle started right up after putting my ecu (the ecu that you fixed for me) back in my car after it sitting for 7 months, because the immobilizer stopped it from starting. Volkswagon really made it hard for us consumers to ever want to buy a volkswagon again after what all Ive went through, because of loosing my key. It should have been a simple fix if I lost my key. Call a locksmith have them come and rekey it and program my new fob to it. But nope volkswagon made it to where thats a impossible fix. I have spent over 1,200 dollars on locksmiths coming out to try and program my key I had made for my car. All of them saying they couldnt do it. I do believe some of them were just here to scam me. Knowing they couldnt program it, charging me a huge fee just to come out anyways. From what Ive learned of this every other car manufacturer out there makes there programming available to locksmiths for people who have lost there keys. Not Volkswagen. They dont do that. They make it to where you have to take your car to the dealer just to get a key made and programmed. Costing you about 1,200 dollars. Compared to a 200 dollar bill with a locksmith. It was only by chance that I came by you and your services that fix the ecus for only 150 dollars. Which got my car up and running. For that Iam more thankful than you will ever know. Recently sent them Mercedes-Benz ecu for cloning service. They performed service within 24 hours and Shipped back my ecu fast. Installed everything works. Problem fixed. This guys are true professionals. Fast service, easy communication, fair price. Highly recommended. Thanks

Sent them an Air Bag module that needed the VIN changed but had no other faults. Got it back with the correct VIN, but also now had coding error it didnt have before. I tried calling several times, no answer, left a voice mail, no reply. They finally answered a text message and told me the module needed to be coded after the VIN change, however it wouldnt allow recoding since it was already set up and locked. Karman wasnt very helpful, didnt offer to correct the problem and didnt respond to a refund request for the service after I had to shoulder the expense of getting it reset correctly so that the initial startup/coding could be run

Recently sent them a VW cluster to clone. Got it back and it’s worse off than what it was when I sent it. Tried to get a refund or at least an excuse why they can’t refund my money. I’ve called, sent texts, and left messages. No response what so ever. I have never gotten anyone to answer the phone period. They did respond to a few texts but only when they would benefit from it. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! Not sure how they’re still even in business.

This place doesnt seem to want my business. I originally tried getting help with a Subaru module and they sent it back saying it was the wrong module so I found another similar module and took a picture they said it was the same module I sent them. So I sent a picture of the module they sent back and they said thats the module I need to send them. I told them they already said it wasnt the right module. They said they needed to look into it and I havent heard back, and they have stopped responding to my communications. If they cant help me they should have just said so. I get better responses from my moody teenagers.

I now am out the original BMC from my customers car $350, I am out the BCM I bought off ebay for 86.75, the 169.98 from this seller and postage for 15.98 from USPS. I am out total $622.71.............I WANT MY MONEY BACK.................AND PARTS-*************************SCAM ARTIST****************************

I had a 2012 Honda SRS Airbag computer I needed to have reset. I called them asking if they were open to walk ins, they said yes, I dropped it off and 40min later get a call saying it was done. followed Dans instructions to installing it, worked Perfectly, couldnt be happier

I would rather give a rating based on their work however Ive tried contacting them for almost a week now trying to see about having some services done and I get no response... I have called multiple times and it just goes to voicemail everytime saying they are busy, Ive texted the number they also say, and ive messaged their fb page and not a single response. Id like to change the rating once I can get some service but as it stands just getting in touch with them is mediocre for a buisness.

Had Karman auto repair a computer for my vehicle and it didnt work. Owner said they have a warranty. Now I cant get a hold of Karman Auto despite trying to contact him numerous times. Not a happy customer! Feel like Im being ghosted.Update: He responded with his message here promptly but not the multiple calls/voicemails/texts Ive sent. I guess Ill just stop by during business hours and hope to catch him, but thats frustrating. Ill re-edit this if it ever gets resolved.

Sent my 2008 Subaru computer with another used one to have reprogrammed. Was really hard to get a hold of customer service to see where they were at with them. Once i got contact they had it in the mail the next day. Took about a week and a half altogether. Computer works great. Thank you!

Used their online service for help with a Honda airbag problem- completed it with NO ISSUES! They completely solved the problem! I saved over $1000 due to the combination of their great services, and a local Honda dealers complete incompetency! Would recommend to anyone.

Used Karmanauto to have a used ECU for my 2006 Subaru Outback reprogrammed with my vin number. Dealer quoted me over $1200 to replace the computer claiming that these units could not be reprogrammed with a new vin. I found their website using google and as far as I know, they seem to be the only ones out there offerings this service. Paid $100 and sent the ecu out, turnaround time to ship from PA to Oregon and get it back was very quick. 10 days I believe. After I got it back I went to the dealer and had them program my key to the now reprogrammed ecu and install it and now everything is working as it should and I am able to have my emissions test run and get it inspected! Total cost spent was $250 so I saved about $1000! For that I thank you. I just think the communication could be better hence my 4 star review. Still, everything went smooth and I thank you for offering this service
