Would rate zero stars if possible. Purchased a Sunday only delivery in mid November 2017. No delivery for a month. Called and was given credit for missed deliveries and my complaint was escalated. No deliveries for several weeks. Called and was given credit for missed deliveries and my complaint was escalated to someone else. No deliveries for several weeks. Called and was sent up to a supervisor who told me that since I had not requested a refund up to that time, I was not eligible to get one. I requested a refund on EVERY call and was asked to be patient while they sorted out the delivery issue, escalated the complaint and credited my account for the weeks missed. Well, they can keep the money and I will gladly post 1 star reviews everywhere I can possibly find. Not the way to handle a business, especially one that is dying and painful death like print news.

Your delivery help is a joke! I called in, went through the phone tree when it asked me for a 3 digit area code and 7 digit phone number, I entered those and tried to enter my apartment number when it said help could not be processed and call tomorrow! That doesnt help me get my Sunday Oregonian! I am a re-subscriber. Just called in last week to resubscribe. Thinking I made a mistake! Wanted to support PDX having a paper but your services leave a lot to be desired!
My family has lived in Oregon since coming here on the Oregon Trail — almost as long as the Oregonian has been published — but for me it is the end of the trail for subscribing to the Oregonian!I can’t endure the Oregonian’s Editorial Board support of Knute Buehler as a candidate for govenor of Oregon. Buehler and his toxic Republican policies will poison my beloved Oregon, turning our treasured state into another tragic “Trumplandia” of lies and deception. Please join me in unsubscribing to lies, especially the lie that Knute Buehler is a moderate. Please unsubscribe to the Oregonian while we can still protect Oregon!
After more than a dozen phone calls over a months time to customer service who promised 3 times (3 different staff) to return money that was taken from my bank account in error, the Oregonian still hasnt paid me back. I even wrote a letter to the Portland address and never heard back. The money was take in late May and its now early October. What on earth does a person have to do to get their money back
When one thinks of digital marketing, a print newspaper like the Oregonian is the first thing that comes to mind, especially if you want your campaign to end in a smouldering crater. Want your brand damaged? Your message horribly bungled? Make a call to Oregon Media Group today! Go anywhere else, literally you would be better off paying a street kid to hang fliers from lamp posts and it would be so much cheaper. We paid about a thousand dollars for each customer interaction OMG drummed up. My experience with Oregon Media Group has been among the worst business interactions of my career. Find a child with a iPad and they could do better than OMG. Walk up to 10 people and give them a thousand dollars to buy your service or product and you are still doing better than this sorry excuse for a marketing business. The street kid or child with an iPad might actually be able to spell the name of your business correctly.
We have cancelled this rag three times and they still deliver and bill us for it.
