Terrible customer service. After a trainee shipped my package back to me rather than the recipient, the staff admitted the obvious mistake but blamed me and said that they don’t do refunds. I will never use them again. Owning a mistake is much cheaper than losing a customer. They need to learn that.

3 different packages have now been delayed 3 different times in less than a month time frame. Requested day off so I can be home to sign for my package which I paid Next Day Air for only to view the Live Map of the UPS truck pass right by my house and around my neighborhood and not deliver my package! Now my package is delayed once again and have completely wasted my entire day. Stay away from ups

Treated all the white people nice. But when it came to me. Very rude and making it very hard for me to pick up a package. All I had to do is tell him my name and show my ID. But he wanted to know the address and tracking number. When I clearly got a email saying all I need is my id...Btw Im Mexican

Very nice people but right now very frustrated.... I have a mail box with them set up on a forwarding service. Im 1800 miles away and am paid up on my forwarding postage fees. I am expecting some important mail and after FOUR emails to them requesting status and tracking numbers.... no response !

Everytime the service is great. You have a great staff. Especially today I was walking up with heavy packages in my hand someone who worked there came out and carried my boxes in for me. Again, you guys are awesome and provide quality service.UPS_Porterville, CaHenderson location.

If we are talking about the store next to Big 5 in Porterville they have always been great to me. Only one time I had an employee that seemed like he didnt know what he was doing so it took longer. Other than that theyve been very kind and helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mom sent my nephew a birthday card and cash on 3/21 from this store. The gentleman at the counter SAW her counting the cash and place it in the card. She knows he saw her because she kept recounting it in front of him and used $20 of the cash to pay him for the shipping. She put $140 in the card, placed the card in the envelope and he sealed it and put the label on it for her. We received the package today completely empty. No card, no cash. The package was in no way damaged or tampered with. What this tells me is that he took the card and money out, and reprinted a new label to put on a different package. When my mom went to the store to ask him to see the cameras, conveniently the cameras “only go back to the 22nd.” When I called to ask him more questions regarding the situation, he called me STUPID! I am so disgusted with this business.

Extremely helpful customer service. Suggested ways to save money on shipping, helped repack the items, suggested insurance if the value was over $100 AND came from behind the counter. 5 stars for actual customer service!

When another shipping vendor proved a total fail - Greyhound Package Express - which we wouldnt locally recommend to anyone - UPS came through fast, prompt and courteous. After five attempts at taking eight (8) 60 - 65 lb. packages, taped, strapped and ready to roll to the Greyhound station in Tulare, the closest facility, the station attendant was not there during posted hours.When he did finally decide to show up during his posted hours (the guy never answers the phone either, but you will get a rude fax beep in your ear if you try calling) he was belligerent and purposely unhelpful. He insisted, after shipping with them once before, to visually inspect each one of our eight (8) packages. In other words he wanted to open up and tear apart, like a rogue TSA agent at the airport, our carefully bundled wood material which took hours to properly package, knowing full well we wouldnt have the time, space or practical means to package it back up without hours more worth of effort.Never again.Having attempted to send this shipment since Monday to a reliable customer in Colorado, same as before, given the time, back-and-forth and the frustration, the little we saved was not worth the horrendous customer service or the hassle.Save yourself the trouble. Go with the pros who make this their daily bread and butter, not some vendor who wants to play at this part-time. Worth the $100-and-some-plus extra for the courtesy and professionalism to get it shipped, door-to-door, UPS. When your time is worth something, you get what you pay for.P.S. The UPS driver, John Corpus, was the guy that quickly and helpfully made our shipment happen. A+++
