I should rate 1 star but staff was decently mannered and my car was transported fine. Better pray that you you dont get your car impounded here though. Its pretty much 200 just to touch your vehicle. Mine was taken on a Friday and released Monday. 500.00 total to transport less than 2 miles and just sit over the weekend (not taking any space) a lien was already being placed on my car after 72 hours!

RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!After placing a lean on the vehicle (after only a week) staff was rude and unprofessional, laughing in our faces and turning us away when we showed up at 5:03pm on a Friday to get vehicle. This resulted in hundreds of dollars in extra fees. I do not recommend Cranes Towing services to anyone and if I could give them negative stars I would.

I had a 24 foot trailer towed and the driver damaged the Rt. Front jack and the aluminum siding just below the front window. These jacks (4) do not expand on their own while traveling. It is impossible, it will take a tool to expand them & they DO NOT EXPAND ON THEIR OWN like the driver& owner of Cranes Towing suggests. They refuse to fix the damaged they caused and charged me $125.00 I thought they knew what they were doing? Obviously not!! There was damage on the inside. Shelves have been knocked out of alignment and not level, doors don’t close. The driver failed to retract the jack completely and he was also talking to a female at the time he was retracting the last jack stand.

Great service and honest people. Had them tow my jeep that was not operational to my sons across town. Extremely reasonable price and I was surprised when the dispatcher told me they could pick it up and drop off at anytime 24hrs a day. Thumbs up to Cranes towing. Will definitely use them again.

Just called and was very happy that Dee, the tow truck driver was able to pick up and drop off my car at my house. It took them about 10 to 15mins or less and Dee was very friendly!

This company was completely professional and understandable during a very emotional time in my life. They explained everything that was going on and even offered me help when cleaning out my car. I would 100% refee my family and friends and would pgo back if for any reason I needed a tow company.
