Rapid Repair is the best experience Ive ever had at a mechanic. I was hundreds of miles away from home, and my O2 sensor needed to be replaced. They were really busy, but knew I was in a hurry, so got me in and out in a couple hours. The mechanic that I talked to was really helpful and nice. He went the extra mile to explain things and answer a bunch of my questions. The price was really reasonable and the whole experience really went a long way to reduce my stress about having car trouble on the road. Thanks!

Brought my car in right before closing time without an appt. and Miguel had it ready the next afternoon even though you could tell they were jam packed with work. I received a courtesy call to inform me what the issue was and the expected costs, which was appreciated. Upon picking my car up the issue was explained to me in further detail and was shown the broken part that was taken out. That, to me, shows integrity, especially in the auto repair industry that is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic who isnt charging up the a*s*s* to fix a non-existent issue. Hope I dont have to visit again soon, but any future car issues will undoubtedly be brought back to this shop to get taken care of.
