This place has had my van for 8 months and counting and each time i get the next week response when asked when it will be done. Every time we have physically gone in its the same response. I do not recommend this place for any services at all. I wish I had another way to get my van done. I have given too many benefits of the doubt and it keeps getting more extreme on the excuses Ive been getting. First was no help, then tools breaking, now his help breaking their fingers. This is unacceptable and I hope this review saves the next person who considers going here for anything.

BEWARE!! This is the absolute worst service I have ever seen!!!! He has has my car since October 27, 2018 the owner has been PAID to change my transmission it is now January 9, 2019 and he still has my car!!! Everytime I call to see if it is ready there is another excuse as to why its not done! Today my calls are going ignored! I think its time to call a lawyer or something I am a single mom and I have been without a car for 2 and half months now!!! Dont pay him before the job is done because if you do the job wont get done!

Made an appointment. Mr. Hamilton remembered me from when he worked on my vehicle over three years ago. I arrived at the appointed time, my starter was replaced, and I was out of there in about an hour. Beware: the waiting room is totally dusty and stuffy. Try not to hang out there if you can. Try to drop off your car and come back for it when the job is done.

Horrible service! I called to set an appt for an oil change.... He gets all my car info, then sets the day and time. I come at that time and no one is there...I call and he says he had to go out of town! He then sets an appt for the following day. I show up and wait ten minutes just for him to talk to me, then he doesnt have the oil or filter so he orders it, I wait in my car for 40 minutes for that to arrive and then I had to sit outside in the sun on a hot log while he did the oil change. Ill never be back

I feel like I was treated fair and square, charged for the work done and not taken advantage of. I didnt realize credit card machine was broken and I had no cash. After van was repaired, I was allowed to drive it off to get money out of the ATM. That is good service!

Great service! GreatTechs! They know what their doing and will do it right!

This place is full of lies and unskiled mechanics. They werent too sure what they were talking about.
