The personal is always so welcoming and polite. Making an appointment ahead of time is always best. They do fast and thurl work. They are always wanting to make the customer happy. I went to another tire shop (Les Schawb) to get a free repair of my tire, which had a screw in it. They told me that they couldn’t repair it and that the tire needed to be replaced. The screw was a small one, and not on a side, but directly in the tread. I knew they were lying to me, so I took it to Big Brand; they scheduled an appointment for later in the day because they were swamped. I brought it back 30 minutes before my appointment, as I sat and waited, I saw a bay come open, and they pulled my car in. 20 minutes later they were done. The worker said it was just a small screw. I will absolutely buy my next set of tires from Big Brand.Thank You.

Super friendly people. I asked for additional work and they called to let me know that in their opinion it was still good and I didnt need to replace it yet. It is so refreshing that werent just going to add a buck just cause I asked but instead helped me. They answered my questions and I am definitely returning. Thank you for your wonderful service.

This was my first time at Big Brand and it was great. I walked in and was greeted right away. The guys behind the counter were super friendly and welcoming. I came in for a brake inspection and to get my tires checked out before I go for a 12 hour car trip and Rob and his team got right to work. I’ll definitely be recommending Big Brand to everyone I know. It was hands down the best experience I’ve had at a tire shop in years.

I have been using Big Brand Tire for 41 years. Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo and now Porterville. I have not been let down in all that time. I have had many brake jobs done in that time. A 6inch suspension lift, 3.inch body lift with 35inch tires on one of my trucks.They have always been very knowledgeable and thorough. My families 4 cars are all riding on Big Brand tires.

Took them 2 hours to do an oil change but they ended up doing it for free so it was worth the wait.

I needed tires and went to Big Brand. They prìce-matched another quote which saved me over $100!! They didnt have the (Pirelli) tires in stock but made sure I had them the next day!They are very knowledgeable and do everything possible to make the customer happy. Thanks guys!

Great service. Easy payment online and I was able to get an appointment when it was convenient for me. Wheels alignment actually took over an hour but I was due for it. They also do oil change if you need it, a one stop shop is what it is.

Ordered tires/made appointment a week in advance. On the date of service, they claimed to not have the tires in when my wife dropped off the car. I called, they changed their minds and said they had the tires, just hadnt updated the computer. No problem, mistakes happen.They install the tires, my wife pays and picks it up. The cost is $30+ more than the estimate. Send wife back to inquire, they offer her a $50 oil change in exchange. I called again and declined, they refunded the difference in cash even thought the original payment was on a credit card....?Look, I can accept mistakes but come on, none of this was my fault. They erred twice on the same transaction and I had to note, take my time and fix their error twice. To top it off, they didnt even offer me any discount above what Id originally agreed to pay. Apparently their quality control are their customers.Ive had good luck with them prior to this however Ill pass them by next time, no need to deal with problems they create.

Id give them more starts if I could.I called in from a nearby village because of a screw in one of my tires. They asked me if I could get there. I did. In less than an hour they had plugged-up the tire, free of charge, and I was good to go.One friendly and really helpful place. 100% recommended!!

This Porterville location is the only BigBrand location I go to. I live in Visalia now but will drive down anyways for their great service. While Ive received dishonest reports and quotes from other car maintenance places claiming I need repairs that costs hundreds, this location has never lied to me or tried to upcharge me, which I really appreciate as a college student just trying to get by. Theyve always treated me with respect and genuinity. In addition, they always perform a wonderful job and I always leave happy. Thank you Big Brand Porterville staff for all you do for my beloved Scion!!

What I want from Big Brand tires... are tires, nothing else...they try to sell you everything in their inventory, and try to do a flush of all your vehicles systems whether it needs it or not

So disappointed I won’t be going back after giving me false information please make sure to keep your receipts especially if you get warranty on your tires. They had no other option than to give me a new free tire after showing proof so sad they lie to customers like that.

I give this Porterville team an A+ in customer service. I needed the 1st set of replacement tires on my 2017 Ram 2500. Rob was knowledgeable on my needs. All of the staff was friendly. Great service and done faster than expected. They had outside covered waiting area with each seat 6 feet apart and everyone wore masks and gloves. All this at a reasonable cost.Thanks guys.

The employees I dealt with on 3 visits were very professional and polite abd friendly. They were able to evaluate my car within 15 minutes of my arrival and found the problem- a drywall nail! Repaired the tire, at no expense to me and I was on my way in less han 30 minutes. They were all also observing distancing and masks without making things awkward. I appreciated that very much. I recommend them very highly. Ive been a customer for many years- tires for my car and my RV.

Ive gone to big brand for tires and my regular oil changes. The reason I continue to go back is because of the GREAT customer service I receive every time. Everyone Ive had contact with has treated me with respect and never pressured me to buy something I didnt want. As a woman going to a tire shop you often feel intimidated, but thats not the case here. The guys explain everything thoroughly should you have any questions. I recommend going here first before any other tire shop in town!

Last week I was coming down the mountain with a large load, I went over a sharp object and noticed my back tires were not the same. When I walked into the office Larry greeted me offered me water or coffee. Came outside looked at my tires said they were separated. Calling helpful Rob out to my truck, they recommend two new tires. I bought them and they worked on my car, the service was excellent, fast, and efficient. I recommend you come here rather than any other tire shop in Porterville. The manger Dale was on top of it, he offered to change the Chanel on tv to whatever I liked since I was the only customer.

Blew a tire on the way back to LA and the fine folks at Big Brand had a tire for my Fiat and took amazing care of me. So grateful!
