Took a suit & white shirt in for cleaning collar on shirt still stained some from sweating they said they dont use bleach unless you ask for it people where nice will use them again if needed

The gentleman that runs/works there is great. I needed some things cleaned during labor day weekend but it didnt dawn on me that they may be closed that Monday. He made sure they were cleaned and I was able to pick them up a day later with no extra charge.

Came to pick up my dry cleaned uniform at the correct time, they did not even have my pants pressed yet, they were lying in a heap. After waiting 15 minutes I finally got everything. When I got home I saw that the creases were not straight, and had railroad tracks on some. I had to undo the creases and iron it myself. Should of not even went there in the first place.

Went to have uniform pants hemmed. Didn’t understand what the “outseam” of a pant was. Argued that I didn’t know what I wanted.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. This place ruined my Late grandfathers suede vest & corduroy jacket!! They even had no remorse after doing this. They also did not apologize or offer anything back to my devastated grandmother. I recommend to NOT give this place any business. All they want is your money and will not only do a half @$$ job, but may as well ruin your items too.

Im always greeted with a smile. My kids clothes and uniforms come out clean and prefect every time! The prices are great

Rainbow cleaners,well I was really impressed with their work. Dry clean was a plus, and has prompt service in case I needed something a.s.a.p.They do perfect alterations with nice deals. I had no complaints. Great customer service too🤗🤗🤗

If I could give this place 0 star, I would. Worse service in America. Make a long story short, I split my zipper to my one and only winter coat and took it here for repairs. My one week wait turned into a three month wait. When I went in to pick up my coat after I was told it’ll be ready in a week, I was told it wasn’t ready and it’ll be another week. Another week went by and I was told the lady who does the repairs was sick and it would be another week. This went on until March. Finally, I received a call saying my coat was ready. I picked up my coat, brought it home and was starting to take the plastic off to wear it to work when I noticed my hood was missing to the coat. I returned to the cleaners and told them my hood was missing. I spoke to the owner about it and she stated she would check her security cameras to prove I had a hood. Weeks went by and she never called me back. They said my hood was no where to be found. I went from her Chesterton location to Portage location on a mission to find my hood. They claimed my hood was no where to be found and questioned me about rather I had a hood on it. I explained to them I would never buy a winter coat without the hood. After speaking to her in person, she said she’ll contact me at a particular time, which she never did. I had to call her back. She told me she was tired of this situation and was willing to give me $20 cash refund and a $20 store credit. I explained to her that I didn’t want her store credit because I’ll never go back however I did want a complete refund which was $28 for the zipper repair. Worse cleaners in the world. And I’ll be sure that I pass this word on to others.

I have never had a problem with any alteration or cleaning services. There are allways helpful. If I needed something in a hurry there has never been a problem.

Ruined a bridesmaid dress !!!! It only needed altering, and the seamstress took in too much fabric, and cut it off, so it couldnt be undone. The dress was $245! Dont ever go here. Hope to write the Better business bureau. They wouldnt even give back the extravagant amount that that was paid them to alter (ruin) it.

I wish 0 stars was an option. They ruined a clothing article that belong to my friends late grandfather and two different employees had different says of how it was cleaned. The owner then offered no money back or apology and even had the audacity to hold the door open asking her to leave.

They were able to meet my rush order schedule. I even accidently left my ties when I moved out of town but was able to retrieve them 4 months later when I came back to visit. They are always friendly and the are truly caring people.

The absolute worst experience Ive had. I had to have a shirt fixed with a big rip in it. Explained how I wanted it and instead I got something totally different. And instead of using clothing material, they used some kind of drapery. Floral print that didnt even match. Then they put a rush on it to get it fixed again, used the same material and never did what I asked them to do to begin with.

Amazing customer service! I brought my winter formal dress in to be cleaned and it looks better than ever. So happy with it!!!!!!!!!!

So mad. Shrunk my custom cut leather coat. It was a 3/4 length, now its at my waist. My extra long sleeves, are now above my wrists. Im so upset.

Suits and dresses were cleaned and pressed fast and came out great. friendly service.

I took my wifes wedding dress, and they destroyed all of the design. Ill never go there again. Please be careful and dont take any special clothen there.

Im a little apprehensive from reading the other reviews but I guess your mileage may vary because I have had two sewing jobs done here and both were satisfactory. Updated February 8th 2020. Soo expensive!!! $15 to sew a button on a coat!!!!! I’ll do it myself next time. Thanks.

Dropped off a new suit that had been worn only a few hours. It came back still dirty but pressed. I think it actually came back dirtier than it was dropped off. I had to lint roll it right out of the bag so that I could at least make it passable. This after paying a premium for next day service. I wont be back.
