The only one who actually answered the phone, he was right on time and very friendly. He did an awesome job on furniture and carpet! Highly recommend!

Friendly and great prices did an excellent job

After hearing a glowing review about the company, I called Carpet Man and left a message. I knew I had received the correct phone number because the voicemail message said “Carpet Man.” Then again when I didn’t hear back, I called again a few days later and left another message. I ended up calling and leaving three messages over the course of two weeks to no avail. No return call and thus no appointment scheduled. I ended up having to go with a different carpet cleaner.My friend who originally told me about the company said she had no problem having him come out to her home and clean her carpets a mere month after my ignored attempts.That was a year and a half ago. This week I decided to give Carpet Man one more shot and called him again two days ago on a Tuesday afternoon. Still no return call.Extremely disappointed that a company that came so highly regarded would just ignore phone calls for business.
