Riders beware, numerous scheduled bus runs are being cancelled daily. After finally contacting a live person, hard thing to do after the 9-5 or weekends, was told drivers call off and scheduled day runs get cancelled at last minute. Stated to call them to verify that days working schedule. Hard thing to do at the last minute while traveling. I thank the lady that called for us all while awaiting the ghost bus and the guy that drove us all to the airport on Saturday at the last minute so not to miss our SCHEDULED flights. I found on my return the following Saturday, they cancelled return runs till 915 pm from OHare when I landed around 2pm. Stuck again..thanks Coach USA for being so UNRELIABLE lately. Riders beware..... I gave one star so it would get posted..

First driver did not give me a receipt. When I had to transfer it was not indicated that everyone was transferring. I had to ask to be sure. The second bus wasnt there. The person at the ticket counter was just plain rude. I asked the second driver how long it would be to my stop. He asked me to hop on the bus and he would be with me in a moment. When he got on the bus he just got in his seat and started driving. He did not address anyone on the bus with approximate arrivals or even where we were going.

Coach USA Indiana Bus missed picking up a group of passengers at the International OHare Terminal for 4+ hours. Riders were exhausted. After calling office, we were told several times that the problem was traffic. Bus still never showed until 6PM....hours late. This is the bus to Portage, IN. It is not the same service as Milwaukee and Rockford, although the buses say COACH USA, IT IS RUN BY CHICAGO TROLLEY.Be aware that when you use this line, its service is not consistent. Also, BE AWARE THAT THIS BUS RUNS EVERY 2HOURS. IT IS NO LONGER HOURLY AS IT HAS BEEN FOR MANY, MANY YEARS.

Grateful this location is only 8mi from my house...BUT....they really need to expand that deathtrap of a parking lot or move...the highland stop has it going on!Whats it going to take to instigate some enormous improvements? We deserve better..our money is the same color 🤑Thanks for reading..maybe no higher ups realize how miserable the portage parking location is? LauraFitzhugh

This is a great service, however I wish that the arrival times for the buses were more reliable.

Sign for parking needs to be REPLACED, its not facing traffic going into the lot and its twisted. Although the biggest problem with the sign, it needs to be updated about overflow parking! If you dont know where it is....good luck catching your bus on time.

Very disgusting!! Food drinks everywhere on ground ! Come on ppl its a trash can right there!!! Lets do better!!!!

Family used bus twice recently. First time 45 minutes late arriving portage, second 1.5 hours late at ohare. Neither were weather related and doubt traffic. They gave an app but it provides no feedback about delays. On cold days waiting at the bus stop is not very pleasant.

A bit pricey, but definitely worth it. Buses are on time. and its a lot cheaper than having to park at the airport. Buses usually run every hour to and from Midway and OHare Airport in Chicago.

The drivers are always polite and helpful.
