I have used Tonys Leisure Limousine service for over 10 years for transportation to/from the Kalamazoo Airport. And most recently, the Amtrak station. I have always been highly satisfied with their service and I never use anyone else. They are friendly, reliable, professional and the personal service is remarkable. They are on time for my departure trips. The cars are clean. The service is amazing. The driver even stayed to be sure I got onto the Amtrak safely from the Kalamazoo station. They track my flights, know when a plane is delayed, and someone is always there when I arrive.. .I am so satisfied I highly recommend this service to anyone who travels

Im actually posting this off my fiancees account but my girls and I had the best driver! His name was Terrance and he was very polite and nice and respectful the whole time. Laughed and joked with us. He made our night very smooth and I would definitely ask to have him again if the occasion called for it. The ladies on the phone were super nice and informative when I was making the reservation. Very good company with awesome people!

They were not able to accommodate my request. However they did recommend someone else to get the job done. Very professional.

I had the Mercedes limo for my wedding and the service was phenomenal. The driver was early, professional, flexible, and took us everywhere we wanted to go. The limo was clean and the bridal party had a great time!

Leisure Limousine has the BEST and NEWEST fleet in Michigan. From sedans and SUVs to stretch limos and party buses, they have the right vehicle for your special event. Their pricing is very competitive too.The drivers for our event were very helpful throughout the day of our wedding. They provided aux cords that we needed so that we could play music from our iPhones. ALL of our guests were very pleased with the shuttle service to and from the wedding venue and their respective hotels.All in all I would HIGHLY recommend Leisure Limousine. And we will use them again Im certain.

I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Never did the service rep mention the deposit was non-refundable. When I told them they did not disclose that information, I was told it was stated in my email confirmation that wasnt even emailed until AFTER my credit card was already charged. The service rep that I spoke to today, Gail, was extremely rude and kept interrupting me and hung up before I was through speaking. I do not recommend this company and will never use their services.
