Very sketchy and pushy manager. I called to see if they had new iPhones in stock. I knew what I wanted and just wanted to know if they had any. He refused to give me a straight answer and said we had to come in person. So, my husband goes in person and they still refuse to tell him until we started the trade in/purchase process. They’d only tell him that we’d be happy with what they have. What kind of answer is that???I didn’t want to have to wait to preorder a new phone and they were the only place within an hour drive of me that *seemed* to have one in stock. So we risked it and I drove there to find that they had what I wanted…sort of. We had to pay for upgraded storage. It almost felt like a waste of my time (why couldn’t he just tell us!?), but Tristan stepped in and took care of the sale and transfer of our phones so we didn’t have to deal with Mike (manager) anymore. We still had to pay $100 more than we planned, but I’m glad we got it done so I don’t have to go back into that store again.The Go Wireless Verizon store in Sequim is much more honest and helpful. We only didn’t go with them because they were sold out of phones.

Michael was great. He was patient, understanding, and helpful. Tech Support on the phone totally stole his sale though! He deserves all the credit! He worked for 2.5 hours try to fix the issue.
The guys in Port Townsend are great! Super knowledgeable and go the extra mile with helping set up phones, transfer info, etc! Totally happy with my experience!
Lets face it, getting a new phone these days is a daunting, time-consuming task. Thank goodness Verizon was smart enough to hire Arthur! He knows exactly what hes doing! We were able to switch my phone out for the new Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra, switch my husbands phone out for my phone, trade in my husbands old phone, get new cases, get the Google store rebate set up, get new gel screens put on, AND make some great updates to our account mostly while we were out running errands! Once Arthur had most of the hard stuff done, we came back, reviewed everything and were outta there within about 30 minutes. Best phone upgrade experIence EVER!

Both sales reps in port Townsend were amazing. Had and awesome experience and it was short and to the point. Definitely will go back in the future and recommend if your in the area with cell phone needs go to them.
Be very careful to check everything you sign as they have added charges to my bill in the past that I have had to spend time resolving, including unwanted insurance and duplicate activation charges

Reduculusly negligent, the will not help if you have a prepay plan,,connot buy the phone of your choice there without getting up sized to a payment plan and inflated service prices.I, after spending hrs on the verizon website,,phone,and traveled to retail stores in the area,,,,finally purchased phone from website, it came without the earbuds and case as advertised.cant get any service, technical help here,,no matter how much money your willing to spend.the just dont care to be accountable to any thing that may benifit you,,and once your in,,your aligned to accept conflicking information,corporate policies,and absolute disregared.Ps,,fire the dude with the fancy tats on his wrists,,,,drops of blood as if they had been severed! Dosent even pretend to provide service, the biggest jerk I have ever encounterd in decades,,stay away from them and verizon,,period!

Charles was patient as I vented about my phone issues and calmly, competently pointed out the problem. Also managed to stay totally cool when I got my fingerprints all over the phone surface he’d just meticulously cleaned. Sorry and thank you, Charles!
Upgraded my wifes obsolete antique smartphone to a Pixel 4. Could not port phone contacts with numbers to the 4. Service person tried many ways to get it to work, even tried porting from my Pixel 3L but no luck. Phones just wouldnt behave. Tech gets an A for effort.
I agree with non ethical company. Do not trust the papers and charges. Might want to go elsewhere.When I said I could not see my charges and what I needed to sign. Person said I could review the papers after purchase. Only problem is some charges state non refundable and I would not have done them. Thinking about bringing back anything else I purchased so I can go to reputable company who do not act like sharks. UPDATE: the local store gave me back my money on the non refundable set up fee and extras they charged me for in a professional manner. Still would not likely ever go back. The screen protector equipment they put on my phone for protection literally popped off the phone and cracked the first bump my phone had, so now I have had to also re order a screen protector at my own cost as well.
Super convenient! The manager is super cheerful & helpful! Im amazed at how quick they get things done, whether its paying a bill or getting a new phone:) wish I could give them more than 5 stars:)

Went to the A Wireless/Victra Verizon store in Port Townsend WA to switch over from Sprint, as Sprint coverage is horrible out on the peninsula. This was a porting over from Sprint, which in itself can get a little sticky/complicated, but I had also frozen my credit at all 3 bureaus after the big Equifax breach. Zachary W. at the store handled this for us with aplomb! Ran into a few road-bumps with Sprint and the credit bureaus during the process, but Zachary went above and beyond to get it done, and had me on my way in no time. Zachary is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly- give this gentleman a $$$ raise! Zachary handled most of the transaction, but Chris was quite helpful & friendly as well!Sincerely, Cliff
I went in here recently after I bought my phone here last year. Terrible service wont go back. Guy with hangover or something was watching something on computer for ten minutes while I stood nearby -- didnt even say I will be with you in minute or hello.
I went to this store after a friend told me about a great deal Verizon had on a pre-paid no contract mobile hotspot plan with true unlimited data. The only caveat was that after a certain amount of data your speed MAY be slowed depending on the volume of traffic in your area at the time. When I told them what I wanted, they basically told me this is what we have: A two year contract post-paid plan for $10 more a month than what my friend was paying. I just assumed that the deal I originally wanted was no longer available. Not much was said about the data, but an employee there that I spoke to before seemed to confirm that it was truly unlimited. Well a few weeks after I started this plan I found out that it was hard throttled, and after 15GB my speeds were dropped automatically to less than 0.5 MB per second. That got me mad enough to call Verizon directly, where I learned that the plan I asked for to begin with was in fact still available, it is $10 a month less, and there is no hard throttling, only what they call network management or data prioritization. In other words, if there arent many other people connected to the same cell tower as the same time as you, you probably wont see any drop in your speeds, unlike hard throttling where you could be the only user connected for hundreds of miles around and theyll still cut you back practically to dial-up speeds just because youve used 15GB. Fortunately, Verizon offered to cancel the contract at no charge and give me the plan I originally wanted, so kudos to them.Anyway, thats my rant, I gave them 2 stars for the benefit of the doubt, because it might just be that their employees dont know what theyre talking about, considering that the entire staff seems to turn over every few weeks, and that it wasnt them being greedy and pushing me into a plan I didnt want for the sake of profits.

My husband and I took my almost 80 year old mother in to get her first cell phone. Christa Mergel the salesperson could not have beeen more helpful or patient with my mother. She went out of her way to help her work her new phone. She even brought over all the possible cases for her new phone and opened them so she could feel them. She is an outstanding salesperson. I highly recommend this store!

I went in VERY grumpy due to advanced issues But Robin, Becca, and Christa made a very annoying situation as pleasant as possible. Verizon totally sucks as a company but this store is a total gem! These guys were great—best Verizon store I’ve ever been to.
I bought a charger from them and when it wouldnt work, they said I had to deal with the manufacturer and mail it back to them. Last time I went into that store... where I had gotten my Samsung cell phone.
We had a bit of trouble getting a new phone at the verizon store then they had to hand transfer all my phone numbers .after telling us we could keep our phone numbers after we were hours in they told us we had to change one of our numbers which was very inconvenient. After all that, the phones dont work well in Port Townsend. Either we cant hear the caller or the caller cant hear us. So now, we are switching back to at&t. The people at the phone store are very nice, but cant seem to help us troubleshoot this problem.

This is NOT a real Verizon store. Customer service is a joke along with their pricing. Employees like to strut their stuff like they have any kind of authority, which they do NOT. Once again, so glad I do not have to deal them!

I had a great experience. After getting absolutely zero help from the call center I went to the Verizon store and they got me hooked up turn down and out the door and relatively good time.

Verizon coverage is terrible in Port Townsend. It has been for years, so it appears that Verizon is taking us for granted. I will change carriers this summer.

Awful place. Felt like I was abused by bad used car salesman. Avoid at all costs. Not an ethical company and the manager was no help at all. I would give zero stars if it let me.
