Brought in my ailing lap top and back up drive and the service was just perfect-fast, knowledgeable, friendly, with safety protocols followed. And fixed my problem. Now the laptop runs like sports car. Its so nice to have local shop with computer skills and talent and be a patron of their shop.

Although Im usually able to handle the typical maintenance/troubleshooting issues that come up with the PCs used by myself and my family, it sure is good to have a reliable, professional repair shop to turn to if necessary.Port Townsend Computers is exactly that.The folks there genuinely know what theyre doing and their rates are quite reasonable. (Plus, they are very nice people to interact with).Beyond the diagnostics & repair service, they also have accessories for printers, internet connectivity - and more. I was recently told that they sell some refurbished computers too.Five stars for sure. :-)
