Its fun, its fantastic, its spectacular and has everything that I needed to shop for. Im in love with party city!!!!!!! Plus and then some.... I completely consider to shop almost every day here with my hearts content!!!

They have a lot of decorations, but when I looked for specific items, their bubbles section was basically empty and other small items I was looking for like temporary tattoos. Would of like to give them a higher star, but couldnt see it.

The gal behind the counter wasnt very helpful and it wasnt busy at all. They never have what we need and all and all the service is subpar at best. We have never had a good experience there. They are overpriced because they can be. We will try any dollar store or buy online before going there as a last resort.

Love this place, employees are super fast, friendly and attentive. Great for any and all occasions to the point that when inside I want to buy everything. At some point Ill need it :)

I went to buy my youngest child balloons for her birthday and they were so friendly, patient, and helpful with picking out balloons. Theyre quick too, so you get in and out. Everyone was following the 6ft distancing (covid-19 guidelines) and masks were on. The line moves fast. Located in same shopping center as Kohls with plenty of parking too.

Staff is phenomenal. Didnt have anything in stock, but Ill be back.

Party city has everything you need to get a party started. Got a balloon machine and blown up balloons. They can get really busy and assistance is hard to get. Sometimes they can have long lines depending what time you go.

A lot of essential decorations are not in stock. The store was empty - my wife and I and another couple.

I love this place! I can find cool birthday stuff for kids (although I like the glow in the dark stuff too, not gonna lie) lol and everyone is friendly, its easy to find what youre looking for. Also it has plenty if parking which is great!

The worst location ever!!! The service was by far the worst service ever and the online inventory is completely wrong!!! Every balloon I ordered wasn’t in stock and I order curbside for 10am, there was about 20 people waiting in line for curbside and not one person balloons were ready and almost every person needed to get replacement balloons since their inventory was WRONG. I’m extremely disappointed they ruined the birthday surprise theme. Completely unprofessional they need new management and organized staff because this experience was jaw dropping and HORRIBLE.

I wish they were taking more precautions regarding covid. This is one of my favorite stores usually.

They advertise curbside pick up but they don’t deliver! I had an order for Sunday at 1 PM and did what I was told and tried to call the store and let them know I was outside. There was no answer to the phone and it had a fast busy signal as if it had been taken off the hook. Luckily, I found a nice gentleman went inside and actually got my order and brought it to me. The store and it’s staff are Useless. Don’t advertise what you can’t provide!

Nice store, the staff may be sluggish at time but they try, there is a lot going on and the items are very seasonal, but for parties balloons and treats this is the place to come and get your party on.

We ordered stuff from here, they sent us email that order is ready for curbside pickup, we reached there and party city was closed .We tried calling customer care, nothing was working, so disappointed !!

First, this is a large store and with that, it comes with a large selection of goodies. Still cant get over the size and options.

Between the prices that are little too much. And the things they sell here which are way above the average 99 Cents places. I will get some of the things here, and some will not. There are things you can save money if you will shop someplace else. But for quality, Party City will make a table look better.

Went this past weekend to get balloons for a birthday party, Shakyra was very helpful and friendly! A very pleasant shopping experience.

This place is the worst I’ve ever been to. I was 5 months pregnant and was having a gender reveal party. I didn’t know the sex of my baby and had the gender sealed in an envelope. I went to the store and asked if they could read the envelope and the put 3 gender colored balloons in a cardboard box that I had made. They asked the manager (Hispanic male) and the manger declined and said they were too busy and I had to call in an order for 3 balloons ahead of time. I explained to the manger that I did call a week in advance and spoke to someone who said I didn’t have to put in an order since it was only 3 balloons and that I could just come in. It was really frustrating to me as I was pregnant and had to enlist the help of a friend to go to a different store (not Party City) to complete this task for me and I felt really sadden by the experience at this location

Their floors were soaked from what I can only hope is a leaky roof. Head over there if you want to take a slip and fall. Dont worry, the employees will ignore you regardless.

Great for planning parties but they dont really have costumes in store anymore. I guess we just have to wait for October.

Needed to buy baby shower stuff: bags, wraps, cards, bows and was overjoyed to buy everything required for under $60.00. Love it here!

Well stocked, clean and organized! They were the only Party City in my area that had the bubble machine, I was looking for. Only issue is finding someone to help you in the store.

Victor Is the best ! Very knowledgable, polite and always treat his customers with patience and respect.

Horrible customer service!!! Long checkout lines, only one working register, when five other employees hide somewhere in the corners. And this is after three months break because of the quarantine!!!

A warehouse of party supplies masquerading as a store. Expensive, very very busy at Halloween time. Always a long line, some employees friendly and others bothered to be working. They have what you need but you will pay for it. If you can, shop around.

I have called the store 4x today, spread out over the day. Each time I was on hold for close to 15 minutes and No one ever came on. The greeting just kept playing over and over. Bad service! Pick up the phone!

The shop is nice and they have everything for your party. Unfortunately the staff sometimes are lazy or they dont want to help you.

Tried to order balloons. They told me they didnt have anything that was on their website. They said they had yellow latex balloons so I placed an order for 16 and when I called back the next day to make sure the order went through, because I didnt receive an email conformation, they said they didnt have any records of my order. they gave me the worst attitude, put me on hold for an hour and hung up on me twice.

Horrible place to shop - everything is on the floor like garbage - no one to help - one person at the checkout blowing balloons for 10 minutes while people wait - left the one thing I was buying and walked out - Amazon has it and this is why retail stores are going away - the experience is always unpleasant!
