Nicolette was SO NICE. It was my first time doing anything like this but I had such a great experience. The services were all super affordable and they kept the office very clean. Hand sanitizer was available and they had cleaning protocols for each room between customers. I cant wait to go back!

I moved from California and was looking for a place to do a laser hair removal treatment. After some research i found this place which was much closer to my house than the places I was recommended in the city. After 7 hair treatments on my WHOLE BODY and over $3K spent at the place and complaints that the hair wasnt going away Alessandra told me it was my hormones so i went at my doctor and i got a hormonal panel done which came back normal and according to my doctor the hair issue was a problem with the treatment so I went back to Alessandra and i was told that the place was offering a discount for my following treatments. I accepted one discount treatment but because the results were not there i decided to talk to someone else at the place and thats when i spoke over the phone with the owner who was reluctant in meeting me at the place, I also exchanged emails with the PHD who lives out of state Mr.Chiara whom also owns the place. The complaint was that the treatment was NOT working and that my upper lip had a burn which happened on the 2nd treatment and was embarrassing to live with and that I had gotten no attention from my complaints to Alessandra. Thru phone calls and emails i learned that after my 2nd treatment Alessandra changed the treatment that she explain to me i was going to get when we first met with her WITHOUT any communication or explanation but the price was still the same and the results non existent. My sister who lives in a different place had started her treatment months after i did and was amazed by her results and super happy meanwhile my 3K+ spent at the Westchester Laser Associates was money thrown in the garbage. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and if you go there make sure the person working with you is qualified for the job. Look for certificates on the wall of that particular person ask questions and dont shave too much because if you do you will not know if the treatment is working or not.I have spent a lot of money with a local dermatologist to fix the upper lip burn that I was left with from Alessandras treatment and just now it is looking better but I still have to deal with the hair that never went away.My face in special was the most important part of the treatment but with all the shaving i was told to do it only got worse since the treatment was modified and never showed any results.If you would like a copy of the emails I exchanged with the place let me know. i also have pictures of my body hair prior to the treatment and after the treatment which shows NO change whatsoever.The financial impact of this treatment along with the emotional distress of the burn and the money spent has being extremely hard to deal with.I am working with my dermatologist now for future laser hair removal once the burn on my upper lip is completely gone but i have no means to laser my whole body at the moment because my savings stayed with the Westchester Laser Hair Removal people whom modified my treatment with no reasoning or communication. Find a place where people are honest and care about you, your money and your treatment. This was my welcome to NY slap in the face. I still have nightmares about the face burn and i still cry over my life savings spent over a treatment that just gave me more headaches and bills than i could ever have imaged, the anxiety seems to never go away and trust is something I started to struggle with.

Being nervous from previous bad experiences with laser, I immediately felt comfortable with Marie. She is incredibly sweet and truly cares about her clients well-being. That being said, the laser hair removal treatment was effective and I am already seeing great results after one session with no down time! I was incredibly nervous walking into Westchester Laser Assoc. as it was my first time getting laser hair removal. However, once I walked in I was already impressed with the immaculate office and accommodating staff. Marie and the rest of the girls at Westchester Laser Associates are great. They are quick, but thorough so you are in and out of there. I have had most of the hair on my body removed, but have had the best results with my bikini line. Unfortunately after two years of going, and taking a 6 month break most of the hair on my arms and underarms has grown back.

I LOVE this place! I have been seeing Nicolette for a few months and she is amazing! My face has been so clear since going to see every every month for the hydrafacial. She is so gentle with your skin. My skin is very sensitive and with other facials I have had I walk out blotchy, but with Nicolette, I walk out flowing. She also does my lasering for my underarms and arms! I have not had to shave and it is the best feeling ever, I actually forget I need to shave my legs all the time . I will be doing my legs very soon! All the girls there are so nice. Alessandra and Nicolette are simply sweethearts. Every penny you spend there is totally worth it!

I started going to Westchester Laser Associates a few months ago and was a little nervous because I didnt know what to expect...but Marie made me feel so comfortable. This is my first experience with laser hair removal. My favorite part (and the main reason I will continue coming here and referring people here) is that their prices are the best (especially without having to fish around for Groupons etc.) And they will offer deals on packages (if you laser multiple body parts, theyll lower the cost of each) Convenient location with tons of free parking.
