This company is great! We live in Yorktown Heights, NY and we had Carlos, Olsen and Jason helping us clean out our parents house to get it ready to be sold. They were on time, very courteous and did a very efficient job. I highly recommend them.

We used Junk Luggers on 3 separate occasions (in the Fall of 2013 and twice in August of 2014) when we were cleaning out our house to put it on the market and then when we were moving and realized that we just had too much stuff for a smaller home. The workers were efficient, polite, professional, and speedy. The price was reasonable and it made our move much easier. We were pleased with their work and would call them again.

The Junkluggers were lovely! Very polite and respectful and were SUPER QUICK! It took them under 10 minutes to get a sleeper couch and love seat out of my apartment.At first I thought they might be a little pricey but in the end it was DEFINITELY money well spent! Highly recommended.P.S. Also love that they try and keep the stuff out of landfills. If I would have done it myself it would have gone straight to the dump (easier)... now its donated.

James and Chris were extremely nice and professional. They were honest and got the job done on time and quite quickly. My stuff was VERY heavy and they never once complained. From my first phone call this was a fabulous and easy experience. The woman who answered was extremely nice and helpful, the price was reasonable, the were on neat and careful. They were two of the top service professionals I have ever worked with. I would HIGHLY recommend them and Junkluggers.

It couldnt have been easier. I hired the service online, had a pretty clear understanding of what it would cost based on the website (and the job actually cost less than I thought it would), picked a time and date, which were verified promptly, got a couple of reminder calls during the week, and received a phone call a half-hour before the truck arrived to say they were on their way. I had five heavy, bulky pieces of furniture to move, and the two men who came were fantastic -- quick and smart about the logistics and incredibly friendly and nice.

What a great bunch of respectful young men! They are personable, courteous, and so professional. They treated my parents belongings with great care and concern. They showed empathy as I was closing up the home of my parents for good. It was such a pleasure having them help with our needs.

Junkluggers is the ONLY removal company I would use or recommend. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and environmentally responsible. The Junkluggers really came through for me at a difficult time. I had to medivac my dad out of his nursing home room to another facility across the country and needed the junkluggers to clean out all the furniture in his room in a short window of time before another patient moved in. I was quite anxious about the whole move. From the first call to the Junkluggers, they were patient, understanding and helpful. They promised they would be there at a certain time and they were. The nursing staff told me they were courteous and efficient. I never write reviews but this time I just had to. I highly recommend them. They are a top-notch organization.

I had a great experience with Kenny Laury and Johnny Olesin from Junkluggers. They arrived on time, and totally exuded the most helpful attitude. Anything that was in the way of a piece to be removed - no problem!! They filled two boxes with books on shelves of a bookcase to be moved out, and fitted a big dresser and mirror between narrow thruways in this box-filled apartment. Always cheerful, they clarified the business end of the transaction and made it so easy for me. Five unwanted pieces of furniture, gone - with zero hassle! I am getting ready to reserve another Junkluggers visit - hopefully from just these two professionals !!! Thank you, Junkluggers!
