I cannot recommend highly enough the work of F.M. Contracting Corp. (FMCC) in supplying and installing my new wooden floors. I am extremely happy with the cost, quality, responsiveness, and overall professionalism Felipe (Phil) Milani, the owner of FMCC. A friend of mine had referred FMCC to me due to re-sanding work he had done at his home in Greenwich, CT about 5 years ago. I received quotes from at least 5 different contractors, and FMCCs quote was among the lowest two. FMCC ripped up my old floors, supplied the new ones (beautiful Kährs (Swedish) Oak Reiter floors), and installed them within 4 days (I have a 1 BR/1.5 BA apartment).Since FMCC is also a direct supplier of wooden flooring, the floor pricing was slightly more reasonable than the quotes I received from the other flooring contractors. FMCC also has a showroom in Port Chester, NY so I was able to look at samples directly (you need a car to get there). FMCC also has an office in Stamford, CT, but they do work throughout the NYC area as well.You will not be disappointed!

F. M Flooring does impeccable, clean work at a fair price. They are 100% reliable, beginning a job and working straight through to completion. We are completely satisfied with their work and will be using them again.

Couldn’t be happier with our floor installation. OHMYGOSH my floor is beautiful!! I shopped around the Westchester area and I have no regrets going with FM Hardwood Flooring. They also sell products and have a beautiful show room with so many options and brand that fit our pocket. We purchased Mercier Pro line for the kitchen into the bathroom on the main floor. Just lovely. The installation was flawless and we have received so many compliments by friends and even other professionals. Phil was up front with what he needed from us. There were no surprises. We are just thrilled! I will be going back for our living room and family room floors once our current renovations are complete.
