The technician, Mr Paredes, was professional and polite. He explained all services clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Professional, courteous, on time, cleaned up after work was done. Would never know there was any work completed (cleaned ducts and vents). Explained what was going to be done and took us to show us exactly what had been done. Well worth it!

With a $50 coupon it cost $258.88 to clean my sectional sofa. The tech took about 15 minutes to clean it. At over $17 a minute for this service I do not feel a through job was done. No, I would not recommend this service or use it again.UPDATED REVIEW - Stanley sent out another tech free of charge to redo my sofa and Carlex did a wonderful job. This was my first time using Stanley Steemer. My carpets and kitchen floor tiles have been hammered so it was time to call in the pros. What an amazing transformation! Harold did an amazing job. The carpet was cleaned well enough, however I waited for 5 hours for them to arrive, from 8am to 1pm. I would have appreciated a call letting me know they were running late or at least letting me know that they would arrive towards then end of arrival window. Also after they arrived they were trying to sell an added service. I dont believe I will use them again.

Guys we’re professional, on time, and did a great job (faster than expected too)! We had just bought a place that had some cat odor and they helped to remove the smell while helping to revitalize the floors/carpets.

When Tyler showed up at our front door, we thought that he had another man in the van. No, he was a one man band. He proceeded to do an excellent and professional job in cleaning our outside room wall to wall carpeting, and our stairs. He was a pleasure to deal with, and a great representative of your company.

Stanley Steemer quoted me $99 to come and clean my car. When the person arrived I was told that $99 was the price to come to the house and that I would actually have to pay $250 -- to steam clean a car! Classic bait and switch. I imagine they pull this routine on people who wind up paying way more than they should for something so straightforward. Disappointing as I had used them before for my interior rug cleaning.

The technician cracked a glass table top and didn’t tell us prior to leaving. We noticed it as soon as he left and called the office but nobody called back. We have tried calling several times with no response. I do not recommend using Stanley Steemer Port Chester. In response to your comment below, I left a message for the manager and he hasn’t returned my call.

Aaron Teele, Marvin Thomas from the Port Chester branch cleaned our bedroom and hallway carpets and our tile floors in the entry way, guest bathroom and laundry room. While very nice guys, we were terribly disappointed. We can assure you that the floors were soaking wet so they had to do something but none of the spots were removed either from the carpeting nor the tile. None of these spots were beyond our unprofessional ability but at our age we needed more nimble, younger bodies. Ultimately we had to take out the bottle of Resolve and attack the carpet stains ourselves. Would not use again.

We recently moved into a new, partially furnished home, and hired Stanley Steemer to clean and disinfect the entire home, including carpets, upholstery and tile bathrooms that had 25+ years of wear and tear from the previous owners. Everything looked amazing and smelled fresh and we could not have been more satisfied with their level of professionalism and expertise. Johnny Santana was consistently informing me during the service, honest and fair about pricing, totally accessible when I had questions or needed to follow up, and he was just the nicest person. Khadijah Patterson worked with him during my service and both were fantastic. I would use them again and again and recommend them to anyone!

BIGGEST RIPOFF!!! DON’T USE PORT CHESTER LOCATION - I should gone with my gut - I have used them before and never been happy but I was in a hurry ... The guy the company sent to clean our carpets was so out of line. First, he see we have 3 dogs. - he acts like he has superior smelling ability wearing a MASK . He tells us our carpets smell of urine. We almost wanted to laugh in his face. He talking about a wool carpet and standing on a Synthetic rug. He is trying to sell us all these services. We told just clean the rugs as requested. We moving we are just doing this for the open houses. The price the company told us was $1100 for 2 bedroom area rugs ( not moving furniture). A landing a small office. 3 more room area rugs one couch and 4 runners. He comes downstairs after taking about 15 minutes to complete one bedroom and the landing. The prep work took an hour ( he was so slow) announcing this job is $2900 - we told Forget it. He could leave. But he already had but the solution on the other bedroom and Office - We told to finish and to do the couch. My husband called the office to complain they said that is our policy. No help from them - so the office gives YOU A PRICE. - THE GUY STARTS THE JOB And then comes down and DOUBLES THE PRICE !!! He hear me tell my husband. I will do the other carpets myself. He proceeds to say. To us - they won’t be clean as a professional. I just wanted this guy out of my house. The bill ended up to be $1200. For 2 bedroom area rugs ( not under their bed) the landing small office and couch. Including a 10% discount. - By the way, I did my carpets and they can out beautiful!!! I have used Stanley Steamer in other states to clean my kids furniture and they have been professional and the price was the price !!!!!

They came within the time gap that they said they would and gave me an honest opinion on the work I needed done. I wouldve appreciated a more friendly manner, but I wouldnt exchange it for good quality work. My main thing is that I wouldve appreciated if they had their masks completely covered while in my apartment. Their noses were uncovered and seeing as we are in the middle of a pandemic, that is an important thing to keep in mind. Overall I am satisfied and would recommend to a friend.

Outstanding quality for deep cleaning of natural wood floors, bathroom tile floor and cleaning of upholstery for an ottoman. So clean and fresh now! Johnny and Antonio were very professional. They have passion and pride for their work. Very responsive to all my concerns and helped to explain everything in detail so I was acceptable to all the work they did. Very satisfied. I would like to make a suggestion to Stanley Steemer regarding how they reserve their cleaning windows. You should schedule 2 - 3 hour windows; not 5 hours. I was scheduled between 8:00 am -1:00 pm. I got up at 6:00 am to have everything ready and they didnt arrive until 1:15 pm. Thats too much waiting for a 1:45 minute job! Otherwise they techs were great!

Stood home between 8 and 1 as promised, then they call at 1 and say running a little late will be there after 2. Not acceptable then they tell me to reschedule

The cleaners were very professional and courteous. They did a good job cleaning my sectional. I appreciated that they came wearing masks. There were a few old drink and food stains that they explained wouldnt fully come out which is understandable but a little disappointing. After spending more time at home and on the couch due to the pandemic, it began to develop a unpleasant odor. The deodorizer they used help to remove the odor which is great. Overall I am satisfied with the outcome.

The carpet I have in my bedroom is pretty old, so I’m trying to go through more economic routes to make it better rather than replacing. I called and got same day service. The whole experience was great, our technician explained what the process would do and also what it wouldn’t be able to do. We could already tell the MAJOR difference and following up this morning as well the carpet looks ten times better. I will definitely replace the carpet at some point but for now, I know it’s clean and looks better and that’s enough to hold off.Thank you to our techs Samuel and Shannon! Much appreciated ❤️

Your worker was a very fine gentleman, conscientious, and hard working. If I could give him ten stars, I would. My light color rugs now look brand new and they are twenty years old. They smell clean and they look clean.

Gentleman was very professional. Service quick. Only wish was that they came within the specified timeframe. They came 45 min early. Under normal circumstances I would prefer that. Today was difficult. But, he was courteous, got right to work, did the job and left. All and all I was very satisfied.

I made an appointment for cleaning of the rug before my Aunt moves into her new apartment. The apartment is still empty, So no furniture to move. The persons where done in less than hour. Felt that they did not really clean. It looks the same.. told them about specific spots that needed more attention. I was told that it was not going to change.. was charged $245. I was told that I could pay with a check also mention the checks still have the old address. I was told no problem. Had to used a credit/ debit card. I feel that they did Not do a good job. My Aunt and I are not satisfied...

Hired them to clean the carpet in our 5 bedrooms. The person got to the house at 8:15 am and was gone by 9:10 am. He completed the job in less than 1 hour leaving the carpets soaked - 14 hours later and they were still extremely wet. Heavy traffic area was not cleaned properly, just by putting down a few towels to try to soak up the water that was left, the towels came up dirty as all the dirt was brought to the top of the carpet but not suctioned properly.Called the office soon after to discuss the service, was left on hold for over 30 minutes, told a manager would call back, but never received a callback. What a disappointing experience.

We are so VERY, VERY pleased with the results of our cleaning with the representative from Stanley Steemer. He was excellent, was very thorough, and did not rush through the work. Our loveseat and sofa, both white have never looked so clean and bright. They both look like brand new pieces!!. Our two chairs are so bright and clean. We were concerned about them, as they both were not in good condition, and now they look as good as new. Thank you Stanley Steemer for making our OLD furniture look young and like new again.
