Just moved in to new home. Called for services almost 2 weeks ago, was told 3 business days for bins to be delivered. Have called 4 more times since, every day promised bins would be delivered.. trash is still on my curb. Even tho the trash trucks have driven by it several times!! Its a miracle rodents havent discovered it yet. Florida brain is thick with this company :(((

The trash pickup is always on time at 7:30 am and the recycling is picked up in the afternoon. Very dependable and reliable. Never a mess left behind.

Most interested in doing their job..its not easy to expect excellent service on removing all kinds of human neglect..I dont mind the nasty clean up ritual but I must have a place to dispose of all past hoarding waste. Keep up the great job..my tax dollars are paid with pride..

Our community is very fortunate to have a company as courteous, responsive and reliable as Waste Management. I have lived here 16 years and Waste Management is one of the reliable services I have had a pleasure to have had.

Like the many reviews before mine, I have the same complaints. I cant tell you how many times Ive called to complain about my yard waste and or boxes not being picked up. Infact as I write this, the truck just drove by not picking up my items I left out. Yet ANOTHER call to the office only to hear someone tell me they will be out later to get it. Later never comes. It can take up to 3 weeks to finally get them to do their job. Ive never had this bad of service before. I recently purchased the ring doorbell, and will be sending video to the company every single time these lazy drivers dont do their job. I wish we could use another company.

HORRIBLE! If they weren’t the only company doing trash in our area we’d 100% pick someone else. They’ve left our trash twice now. We’ve only lived here for 1 month. Very unprofessional, and lazy. Our trash is full especially after the holiday weekend. So disappointed, we even saw them picking up everyone else’s trash not sure why ours was missed

This company has a monopoly, it is the only waste service approved by the county on Tamiami Trail. They charge what they want and the customer has no choice.

They took everything we had after opening all of our boxes after we moved to Port Charlotte!

The are very good about picking up yard waste

Very disappointed. We recently moved here from Palm Beach and we still have shrub/branch clearing in the front of our home from last week. Boxes havent been picked up today and plastic/recyclables were thrown in my driveway again this week. I believe Waste Mgt utilizes caller ID because whenever my wife calls, no one picks up nor do they call back as stated on their answer machine. In Metropolitan FL, this never happens. Just an FYI.

I have called for 3 weeks in a row to have tree branches picked up n to this date they r still out in front of my house n they r out in 4 yard piles just like they wanted n no taller than 3 ft high just like they wanted n still no pickup!!! Very disappointed in waste management in port Charlotte I was told last week they were running behind n someone would be here to pick up at least one pile but still nothing!!!! They suck!!!!!!😡

Scheduled a bagster pickup online and they showed up right when promised.

We have recently moved to Port Charlotte and Waste Management has the very best customer service! The representatives are friendly, speak clearly, and they understand my requests. The pick up personnel is professional, never leaves a mess, and always picks up everything! Thank you for great service.

We’ve had an ongoing issue about how they leave trash around after taking the trash well what they do take.. we have plenty of photos and video of how they carelessly throw and break our cans and leave trash behind. It’s sad. They leave recycling for two weeks straight!! Called and complained and the receptionist agree that’s not right at all and they need to do their job!! It’s getting bad especially being under quarantine it’s just going to be piling up and it’s not good for our environment for us as well as the wild life!!! Get your act together WM and we are not the only ones they do this too!!!! It’s lazy and careless!! If you can’t handle your workers doing their jobs right it’s time to let them go and find someone that will!!!!!

Nearly everytime they pick up my trash & recycle, they leave garbage behind on the ground. Is it really that hard to pick up what you dropped?? My trash bins are not overflowing so its not like it fell out on its own. Also, a couple of times they put my bin at my driveway entrance after picking up. My bins are set away from my driveway by 4 feet... I moved into this house less than a yr ago & its been constant. At my old home off of Aaron St & Percy Ave, my trash men were fantastic!! I have no idea whats the deal with this location off of Elkcam Blvd.

Every week I see trash cans and recycle bins knocked over all around the neighborhood, are the drivers not taught how to correctly place the bins on the ground?, weve already had our new can replaced once . No wonder so many people need new cans. 😩

Waste Management has become s*** management. Waste Management do not even know how to talk to a customer on the phone. They do not know how to even look up a house into a city. This company has become more morons since that deal with them in the last 30 years of living in the state of Florida. They had become more of a more or on then Ive ever seen in my entire life. A box of rocks has more sense than they do. Waste Management you need to fix yourself.
