Today i get home from work and my other car was parked in a parking lot that was being busted up.. I couldnt find my keys anywhere and so i called great ventures. Brandon came immediately and moved my car for a great price. Not only that he also gave me some info on where i could get a key made at a reasonable price. When I called and asked how long it would take to reach my location they told me 45 minutes to an hour. I explained I was alone in a dark and creepy area. They were there within 30-35 minutes. I felt that Brandon was very knowledgeable and did everything he could to get my car running before having to resort to towing it. I was exceptionally pleased with their service.

My boy Kevin is a freaking ROCKSTARR!!!! He made one of the most stressful times in my life that much better!! Great ventures is by far the best towing/roadside service company I’ve ever dealt with and the customer service was second to none, The owner showed up in record time and performed the service I needed with extreme professionalism. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roadside assistance.

Im not sure how a company with such great reviews could be so unprofessional, but I was waiting on a tow for my car through this company because I have a membership with motor club America. I was told it would be a 90 minute wait and it was getting late so I needed to go get something to eat in the meantime as Im 7 months pregnant I couldnt really wait that long while being hungry so I left my car to go get food in only about 20 mins I missed a call from who I guess was Brandon ( left no voicemail ) I called back within LESS than 5 minutes and no answer so I waited and tried to call back again several times STILL no answer. I call the main number several times as well and no answer there either. So Im waiting and waiting some more I had been back at my car for an hour and after 90 mins was up had to call motor club of America back to see what was going on just to find out that they had already came and left, and their trucks were down for the night at only 8pm. (Yet they advertise 24 hours on their website) Had they answered the phones the numerous times I tried calling I wouldnt have wasted over an hour sitting waiting for no reason. And STILL a stuck broke down car. Thanks a LOT. You must really care about your customers.
