My 90 year old Mother in law would like to thank with all her heart a driver named Jason who responded to her car accident on August 6th at the corner of Easy Street and the 41 access road. He helped her out of the car and into the opposite side which was safer and he stayed for a while and spoke comforting words of support to her. She will NEVER forget his kindness. She prays that God rewards this nice young man. And my wife and I thank him too!

Have tried for over 1 hour to get an agent to understand the gravity of our shipment delay. It contains heart medication for my husband. Was shipped 1 day air and site says its been sitting in Port Chatlotte since Wednesday morning. Now, agent claims it must be lost. Refuses to give out a local number, says all she can do is enter a lost package inquiry. Refusing to connect me to a supervisor. On hold as we speak. Never mind, she just hung up on me.

Went to change my delivery for the following day because I would not be home to receive and sign for the package but they failed to mention that the distribution centers and trucks are off duty on Saturday. It’s 2021. Every delivery company delivers on Saturday and some Sundays. Now my wife’s anniversary gift will be late. THANKS!

Went to this location to pick up a package that was held for absolutely NO reason. 9:30 am and trucks had not left the depot yet, was told by staff that this was a bad time and told me to come back later. So rude! Perhaps dont say your hours are 9-whenever if you are not available to service your customers at 9? Even better: DELIVER PACKAGES (because thats your job) AND DONT INCONVENIENCE PEOPLE BY HOLDING THEIR STUFF!

800 # is the only way to call this center and they do not give the option of speaking to a live person. We have had several packages that are not delivered in a timely manner. Can not reach account representative for 2 weeks now.This is very frustrating and costly.Very poor customer service experience.

If you have a choice, I highly suggest FedEx. FedEx is open an hour earlier and stay open an hour later plus FedEx is open on Saturdays. Ive heard negative things about FedEx but our local FedEx has been awesome for me the past several years compared to UPS locally. Both have pluses and minuses as a company but FedEx is head and shoulders above in our area.

Such a pleasant experience! I shipped a package that should have been delivered on a Tuesday but UPS sent it to the wrong hub. It was for a customers wedding & I called the hub & the women was super helpful & had the drive drop the package off ASAP so she could wear it before she left town for the wedding. It is moments like this were UPS goes above & beyond while we ship with them every time!

Wow are your drivers educated?--not only did you deliver it to the wrong house--you delivered it to a old abandoned,condemed house--i guess you cant read the difference between 29379 and29385(even tho i have 4 inch numbers on mailbox) or your drivers to ignorant to tell what a condemed house looks like,thats in really ragged condition-- FEDEX from now on

Horrible way to ship....second year in a row all our Christmas packages show they were shipped from Maryland to Port Charlotte Hub and no tracking after that. Someone there is consistently having a wonderful Christmas...not our family. My family will Never use UPS again...bad service!!!!!

Ive been to a bunch of UPS Stores before but this one is run by Clockwork efficient people that absolutely go way out of their way to help you cuz Im no genius with UPS or post office or anything like this their patience is amazing
