Im amazed with the great reviews I see on their page with my experience. We needed a whole new septic tank and drain field put in. Septic tank man came in with a little higher estimate but we felt good about their reviews and wanted to help out a new family. What a mistake. We were told when we committed it would be 6-8 weeks tops between the permit and their wait. We signed our contract with them may 24th. After waiting about 9 weeks and multiple times of checking in with septic tank man on update, I finally called the county myself and checked In on our permit. There was a document that we needed to fill out (utility easement) they had sent to septic tank man weeks prior to me reaching out to them. I called septic tank man about this and was given the excuse of two of them using the email so they missed it. So after doing what I needed to do to get things moving asap on July 29 I thought things would progress. They didnt. I checked back in with them on August 16 and Shaina said the county finally just happened to approve it that Friday so it should be a couple weeks. My husband called them August 31 wondering what was going on, Shaina said she would talk to her boss. I received a text on September 1st from her stating I spoke with my boss we are trying out best to start your job asap. We will keep you updated. Still nothing back from them. I called twice on September 21 and have still not received a call back. So now this company has $6,150 from us (half of the cost required at signing), and still no contact. And no septic tank or drain field after almost 18 weeks on Monday. I absolutely do not recommend them and am amazed how they have 5 stars.

Well I been using a company for years. Suddenly this company just seemed to be very different. I had two problems on two septic systems. I was told I needed a new drain Feild on one and a new tank on the other. I decided to finally get a second opinion. Well septic man is the company you want to use. In the first case there was no leech Feild plug up so how can you need a new one. And the second was a repair to replace a horrible filter system. Septic man came out inspected and I did not need anything but a new filter and housing. I have a disabled child so I am very trusting. I want to thank Joel and Chris for making my day and saving my family thousands of dollars. They are a reputable company and very honest they just got all my work. From the first phone call to the end of the repair nothing but top notch professional people and very understanding. God bless all of you at septic man company. You people rock
