My husband and I hired this company in March. They promised to help build our credit and get stuff removed from our credit. We paid $1500. Actually I should say they STOLE $1500 from us. We got nothing in return. When we would email Mr. Placek, he would not respond. When we would call he was either in a meeting or out of the office. On July 28, 2017, I finally got a hold of Mr. Placek and told him we wanted our money back. He refused. I have filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Complaints. I have found out they had several other businesses that are like this one that are now closed and they are not in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. These people are thieves

Worst company I have ever dealt with! BE WARNED they are a SCAM company and will do absolutely NOTHING to help you with your case! They scan the local courthouse for VICTIMS to send their letters of assistance to bait you, promise you the world and you still end up paying every dime to the creditors, RUN, DONT WALK! from these LIARS!! I wish someone would have warned me before so Im hoping this helps save others from getting RIPPED OFF!

Takes the money on big promises and once the money is paid. Will not return phone calls and emails. Lisa the office girl joins is in on his scams with many excuses why he doesnt return calls or emails and more. A J Tony Placek had businesses in credit resolution in North Port Florida. Because of his business practices he was forced to close and move out of area. The Port Charlotte Office has changed phone numbers to try and deflect the bad reputation acquired. Check Better Business Bureau for the many complaints and Ripoff Reports and more. If you trick him to pick up the phone with a different number or something he gets nasty and gives some lame excuse why he didnt return your call. And says to stop bothering him and dont call him again. Thats after your paid in full of course. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SCAMMING LOWLIFE. If you read a good review its certain he or Lisa wrote it themselves.

I hired this company with high hopes. I received a letter from them after I found out that a bill collector was attempting to sue me for an old credit card balance. After speaking with AJ (whom from my understanding is the owner of the company) I was feeling quite confident, he explained to me how the whole process was going to work and told me, dont worry, this will never make it to a court room. (which was my biggest fear)Well all of that quickly went downhill. AJ didnt follow up with me, I was constantly having to get ahold of him to check on things. He advised me that I needed to go to the pretrial hearing and simply state that I didnt agree with the amount that the company was claiming that I owed, so I did just that and set up a court date just to buy time so that we had time to settle this debt. Well from there I started to panic because I still hadnt heard anything back, finally some paralegal in Indiana contacted me on Ajs behalf. This man blabbered on for what seemed like hours talking mostly about how these people were the scum of the earth Etc. I had to get quite blunt with him and told him I just needed to know the basics. I had signed a power of attorney so that they may contact the debt collector on my behalf and settle this debt, that never happened either. Finally I myself had to reach out to the debt collectors and take care of what I thought I was paying Debt Resolutions Services for. Even after my court date I still have not received any kind of follow up email or call to find out how my case turned out. This service was a COMPLETE waste of my money and time. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are just as bad as the debt collectors.
