Completely unprofessional, took advantage of me as I called at 8:30 pm and did the maximum charge for service to unlock my car door! Truly 225 dollars to unlock car. Never have I ever experienced such a high charge and a 50 minute wait when they told me don’t worry it will only be 15/20 minutes. Also we should be given the technicians number so we can’t rely on the horrible front desk lady that can’t even speak proper English

Great key cutting at Bed Bath and Beyond. Easy to use and all keys worked perfectly. Would use again! Not the most reasonably priced, but convenient.

Called just before 12 waiting for a phone call from technician until 12:15 called again for an update, waited for another “immediate” call for another 15, called again to cancel all together and was THEN told no technicians were available, if you’re locked of your car and plan on leaving anytime soon call someone else.

Very easy to use and the keys came today and both work just fine. The only problem was the cost, can get them done at other places for quite a bit less. Thank You.
