Excellent customer service. They hooked up the dump trailer I picked up and even offered a pigtail adapter I had forgotten. Trailer worked perfectly and pulled well with and without a full load! Highly recommend them for any equipment rental!

Fair pricing and a real friendly environment. I do all my rentals there and if there is an equipment rented out, Ill wait until its available. Wouldnt think about renting any other place but do all rental. 100 percent satisfied customer here.

Don’t give them your info! Rented from them for years. They allowed someone to rent under my name without my approval, Id or signature. Now trying to stick me with a $530 bill for something they have someone’s else’s id and signature on file. Saying they would sue me for something they should have never done! Asked to talk with owner to help resolve but the manager kept saying he would sue me. Poor customer service

First experience with do-all rental was my sisters wedding where they brought a yellow and white striped tent when she was promised a white one. She was thrilled her wedding looked like a circus. Other experiences from another sibling who is a wedding planner and has had them not show up at all or weddings start late because they didnt get there in time. My personal experience, I ordered over the phone and was given a total. They showed up and forgot the chairs. Which I was then told were not in the total. They brought the chairs the NEXT day. I had already paid for our order in cash. When my husband returned our order they charged him again. When I called to resolve the situation they were rude and the employee ended up hanging up on me. Would not recommend and will never use again.

We had a fundraiser recently. This was my first year Charing. I wanted to do a good job of course. I talked and dealt with a Patty from do it all rental. Not only did she succeed all of my needs, she asked me questions that I didnt even know needed addressing. Therefore problems that might have happened at the event did not because we were well-prepared thank you Patty! You made me look good

Ive only used this company about 4 or 5 rentals I just started using them this year and they had great rates and the staff was friendly and the very last time recently that I ran equipment from them every time Ive learned in the past I have paid the rental fee up front for the day and then had 5 bought it back before the end the day then I got money back for the hours of no use and this morning I picked up the piece of equipment and I paid out front as I have in the past and I took for granted that they were good people and honest and when I brought the machine back I didnt you that the full day Id paid for the full day that morning of om the gentleman at the counter requested that I owed money and I said I paid this morning when I picked the machine up just like I always have every time so I looked on my receipt and then gentlemen did not mark paid and so when I asked them where the cameras for around the cash register they had none moral of the story is is they are crooks and they will rob you so make sure if If you pay at the moment of pick up they write paid on that receipt my Bad!! For some reason theyre saying that the gentleman did collect payment like he has every other time in the past but this morning he did and he lied I hope his crack rock was delicious and here below is the receipt saying amount do $0000 the lady who wrote a response said I need to pay my bill of $55.64 shes a liar too here is proof. Below is my proof a picture of the receipt saying I owe nothing proof in the docs. And where did the picture of the receipt showing I owe nothing. So click on review and it will open soon all South Florida can see proof manager is fraud just like her daddy. Regardless I paid upfront just as protocol . And your saying you let people take equipment with out any payment or card on file .thats a flat out lie maybe its time for him to retire. Crooks its $77.04 Im not hurting for money you guy will lose more than what you would have paid out for the fraud he pulled . Promise you that .....

Have a lot of tools and equipments for rental. I have not been given anything that was non-functioning. Explained set times for the return window clearly.

We just recently rented everything from ban saws to tents and coolers. The staff is fantastic and the prices are fair. Will use them for all rental needs.

Brought back a powerwasher and they had the audacity to not only overcharge me but told me it was for another 4 hrs which is 35 all day is 55 they charged me 48? For being 1 hr late . Go to Home depot also the powerwashers are much newer and stronger. I rented a gas 2500 that barely cleaned my pool decking

I rented out a chair for my baby shower and also a chocolate fountain I felt stupid because I didnt know how to use the chocolate fountain and ask for my money back the man did not have whole us at all and actually returned us the money I see that as excellent customer service even though it wasnt their fault I am very satisfied with what they gave us
