My experience at Aspen Dental Port Charlotte was the best. From office personnel, dental assistants, dentist, staff who discussed payment and treatment plans and hygenists were all very welcoming, kind and professional. I was grateful for the care I received there.
This office represents everything wrong with corporate dentistry. Do not recommend. The front desk staff, x-ray tech, and dentist were friendly. The hygienist uses over the top scare tactics and supposed 30 years experience to sell you on thousand-dollar care plans. (She should review the science and use correct terms, not all patients are as naive). The “business manager” /money person is rude, boorish, and unprofessional. She started her asked presentation by saying “Do you want something that looks good or something that will last?” (We’re talking about teeth, why wouldnt we want both?”) If you ask questions about their convoluted packages that she explained terribly, she is rude and dismissive. She makes the experience terrible. Corporate dentistry tends to keep toxic people like this employed rather than letting them go.In Florida, many Medicare enrollees do not have dental insurance, so youll need to shop around to not be taken advantage of. Avoid this business at all costs.
This place is awesome! The doctor is extremely professional and very kind. And the staff are very accommodating and truly care about your needs. And are just really fantastic people. I highly recommend this office.
I was greeted in friendly manner when I arrived . Was taken in before my appointment. Everyone was polite and friendly. Everyone was very good at their job. Was out after having teeth cleaned. It was a very good visit. I have been a patient for over 6 months now. Never have I had a bad experience.
Truly by far the best dentist I have ever had. From NY and the state of FL is far more superior and care for others compared to my home state. God bless the entire staff at Aspen dental!
The staff was very friendly and comforting, but that’s all I got to learn about this establishment as the prices are absolutely out of this world if you do not have dental insurance. They wanted to charge $1000 for one tooth extraction. I’m sure if you have insurance tho, they’re a wonderful team to work with.
Aspen Dental has been great in every way except one. 6 months ago when I began treatment I was led to believe the $2000+ copay I made then covered all my financial obligations. Today when I picked up my permanent partials I was charged another $2,450. I was told the first $2,000 paid for the temporary partials and todays charge paid for the permanent partials. I wasnt told this 6 months ago. It was an unexpected expense for me. Other than that, Aspen Dential has the most friendly and professional staff of any dental office in my experience.
THE ATMOSPHERE WAS NICE THE STAFF TREATED ME AND MY HUSBAND SO WELL. GLAD I WENT HER FOR MY DENTAL NEEDS.
Great experience! First time visit at Aspen. I cracked a tooth the night before and called the next morning and got in 2 hours later. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Santeria is amazing, knowledgeable and explains everything in detail with options. I definitely recommend Aspen Dental.
We were beyond impressed with our visit to Aspen Dental Port Charlotte. Every staff member was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter related very well to the dentist. He was fabulous to talk to! Thank you all for a great experience.
This place is awful! Please double check your statement and every little thing they make you sign. They tell you you’re signing for something completely different. These staff are deceivers. I walked out of this office refusing their service. A year later I get a bill for a service that was never done. Really?
I had a wonderful visit. Staff was kind, and very professional. They explained everything to me. I highly recommend..
GOOD JOB, YOU GUYS NAILED IT!!!! THANKS AGAIN. Dave N. PS, Dentist office is located on Sandhill Road, in Punta Gorda FL. Not Tamiami trail in Port Charlotte Fl.
Shop around and keep the assessment sheet Aspen gives you they tried to tell me i needed 6000.00 worth of work on my teeth and my cost was above 2000.00 I disagreed went to another dentist and their assessment was totally different, Aspen tried to say I cavities under my fillings, bone loss, scale and i needed guard for grinding teeth and a bunch of other odds and ends along with one crown..they were shopping my insurance and looking to make as much money as they could. I found them unprofessional in their assessment. Beware. Check out the complaints on the better business bureau.
My first time going to Aspen Dental because my regular dentist never got back to me he was too busy boating. That was absolutely a blessing. I got the chance to go to Aspen Dental and received the most wonderful customer service, dedication and thorough examination I have ever gotten in a very long time. They took their time and spoke to me and let me know every step of the way of what was going on inside of my mouth. What needed to be done and the best way to approach the situation. I have found myself a new dentist to take care of my oral hygiene and it is Aspen Dental. I highly recommend them
Wonderful staff from the minute you walk in. The Doctors are Amazing! They explain all the procedures that needs to be done and give you the breakdown of the cost. I recommend Aspen in Port Charlotte Fl.
Don’t even deserve 1 star... walked in for my appointment and the office manager/receptionist ignored me and I was standing at the check in. He still proceeded to ignore me and didn’t even check me in until about 10 minutes after my appointment time. I have been to aspen a few times and every time it was not a good experience at all. I wanted to give it one more chance so I went back and they didn’t even schedule me for what I asked for and then tried to sell me something I didn’t need or want. When I denied it, the manager got upset and short with me. Then argued with me when he was scheduling my next appointment, I had just told him I had to work and he got upset and questioned my work schedule. It’s all about the money here, they must make a percentage off of what they sell... Read your “treatment plan” carefully because they charge you and your insurance for things not done or things you don’t even need. As well as charging you for things 6 months in advance, I will not be going back ever again. It’s a complete rip off...
Aspen Dental is definitely not the place you want to waste your time or end of day. I went in for a deep clean and I have insurance. They had me waiting about 1 hour for the office manager to give me the bad news.I told the office manager that I was very disappointed that I did not get my deep clean. He abruptly said to me, wait a minute, I have to give you the numbers to determine if you want to pay what we are charging. He told me that with the insurance paying over $1000, I would have to pay $400 out of pocket or use my care credit. I told him absolutely not, because care credit was charging me $40 per month interest, on my first $1600 bill one year ago.I walked out of the office. My wife tried to get a copy of my X-rays and they refused to give it to her. Please, Please save yourself the stress and aggravation.
I called Wednesday morning experiencing a bad tooth ache. They got me in that afternoon. I was treated with the utmost professionalism. The billing staff went to work to get things squared away with my insurance as there had been some kind of misunderstanding. But they got it settled and I didnt pay a dime out of pocket.I had to get the tooth extracted. Due to my blood pressure, the dentist had to use a different anesthetic, and because it was infected it took longer to numb. She had to try several times, and though it was extremely painful, she approached with the utmost caution and compassion. Finally the tooth numbed and she had it out in no time. She and her assistant then cleaned the infected area and I feel so much better.I wouldnt hesitate to go back to Aspen Dental. I was treated with professionalism and compassion, and they have improved my quality of life
Everything about my visit was absolutely dreadful. They burned my gums off with the Zoom whitening treatment and gave me fillings that my regular dentist told me I didn’t need. The prices were absolutely absurd and the staff were some of the rudest people I have ever met. These frauds will get what is coming to them one day. In the mean time, do not fall for their scam!
Very nice staff except for the guy who try to hussle me over buying new dentures. He was angry and very pushing. He would not give me a solid price on tooth extraction until he made an angry statement that pulling one tooth is not good for my overall health. He was very angry. I walked out of the office. It was obvious to me, that his job was basically sales. The dentist is not going to get many patients with his bad attitude. He didnt even give me his name.
My husband went to Aspen in Port Charlotte, Florida to have a simple extraction. His tooth was literally attached by a string, so to speak. They showed him his x rays that seemed to show teeth where he knew he had none! Then they said they’d have to call his md because he’s on blood pressure medicine. Then they told him they’d have to pull several teeth that weren’t loose or hurting! Final blow was the $387 to pull the tooth out! Shame on them for preying on people like that, especially a 76 yo veteran! I don’t have a dentist yet for myself; will definitely keep looking!
I just moved into the area and needed a dentist - badly. Pain in my jaw, swelling, the whole bit. I called Aspen and they were able to schedule me within a few days. The staff at PC is awesome! They were all really nice and helpful and I gotta say, this was the highest tech dentist visit Ive ever had! It was so cool to see the interior of my mouth in 3D and all the x-rays are very clear. The doc explained everything and pointed it out on the x-rays so I knew what I needed to have done. While this may seem odd to say, Im kinda looking forward to my treatment plan and what my smile will look like when were done.
The Aspen Dental in West Allis, WI is amazing! I had my dentures made in Venice, Florida at Aspen and they sent me off with dentures that never fit right, kept breaking and the Doctor kept blaming me for the multiple breaks when it was his incompetence that caused all my issues. The Doctor at West Allis is making me new dentures that fit and look good at no cost because I am still under warranty. That’s a class act!
Aspen Dental in Kings Hwy, Punta Gorda is very professional, kind and caring who treated me for emergency dental care. Aspen Dental in Port Charlotte (office Manager) very unprofessional and lacks communication skills with his patients.
Had to wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment. That was not good. But once I finally got seen it was a great experience
This place is amazing. The staff is very personable and make you feel comfortable. My work schedule can be a little hectic which make it hard to plan appointments very far ahead. That being said Ive had to reschedule two separate occasions and they was happy to help and work with me on rescheduling. The dentistry Ive had done so far Im very happy with and they always check several times throughout the process to be sure your comfortable.
Went in to have a tooth pulled 1.5hrs later walked out no tooth pulled. Read their reviews before making a appointment.
Had new dentures made the fit was good had to go back for a minor adjustment. The employee that took care of my adjustment was very polite and was very good at her job.
This place is extremely sketchy and will take advantage of unsuspecting patients. My wife went in for a deep cleaning. Usually this is done over the course of 2 appointment. The hygienist who was working with her said she was going to do this in one day. My fiancé asked her not to, but the hygienist ignored her and gave her shots all over her mouth and proceeded to very roughly deep clean her entire mouth. Now usually ones mouth will be sore for a few hours or maybe a day, my wife’s mouth hurt for 3 days!! They also talked her into getting another service for her enamel that was not covered by insurance. They told her she really needed this and talked her into opening a credit card to cover the $800 expense. Now my wife is extremely trusting in supposed professionals and she doesn’t speak the best English so she agreed to this. So at the end of the tortuous cleaning (only lasted an hour when it usually takes 2-3) she told the hygienist she was in too much pain to continue and that she would return for the extra service. She came home crying to me about her experience and after a few weeks we got a bill for the service she never received. After multiple attempts to work this out with Aspen we have gotten nowhere. I will update this as needed with any further developments.
Billing agent was very rude when we had interactions. Wouldnt recommend anyone to go there strictly because of them. His terrible attitude literally ruined my entire experience
I wish I would have read reviews before walking in for my appointment. Calling Aspen Dental a dentists office is a stretch. Aspen Dental is a glorified loan service. I called them because they advertised emergency dental. I had broken a tooth from grinding my teeth and most places I called were scheduling out until mid-June.They took xrays and then the dentist came in and asked what brought me in. I explained and she asked what my longterm goal was. I said to fix everything but right now I needed to deal with this problem tooth. She agreed and left. The office manager came in and started pushing loans at me. Loans for what? I was there for an antibiotic and to schedule an extraction. He was very rude and said, Your dental needs didnt get this way over night. Why would you expect immediate results? And continued running soft credit checks on me without my knowledge to pay for my longterm goal WITHOUT EVER ADDRESSING WHAT I CAME IN FOR! Never even told me what he was doing. Never told me what the cost for my longterm goal was or ask how i intended to pay for it and never discussed what I would owe them for todays services. They only wanted to push loans on me.Fyi: As a victim of domestic violence a year ago, my back teeth on my right side were all broken, cracked and damaged. I underwent reconstructive surgery from my facial injuries. Domestic violence is the gift that keeps on giving. Ive had dental and nerve issues stemming from that incident for a year. My dental insurance didnt cover major dental until I had the insurance for a year. I had to wait. I came into the office ready to work on what had been done to me. To talk down to a patient like that is unprofessional, inexcusable and disgusting. I will never return and will discourage anyone I know from going there. What a joke to call them a dentist office.
I was skeptical at first. But it went away with a different attitude after i met so many wonderful caring people there.Dr. Santeiro is absolutely wonderful. She listen to my concerns/ fears and she has so much compassion as did her dental assistant. The ladies at the front desk were great. The one that checked me in and the other who wrote up the game plan procedure. All in All i give them 10+ . Great job everyone🌝🌝🌝❤
Everyone was AWESOME!!very nice makes you feel very comfortable ☺️☺️
Everyone is so kind & concerned of my pain & comfort during the process, FIRST time ever I didn’t feel any discomfort! I am so pleased to not have to worry in going back! Thank you all so much for the kindness & care I have received so far! Hugs to you all ! Let me tell you I was terrified & yet knew I had to go cause of the pain I was having! You all are a big Blessing ❤️ Thank you so much
I went in with a bad tooth ache and came out with the same tooth ache. They took the time to tell me all the work I needed then scheduled an appointment to address the tooth ache for the next day. The tooth had to come out.NOT VERY HAPPY
I was very impressed after my first visit at aspen dental. Everyone was friendly and extremely competent. The only problem was I did not find out until after my appt that they did not accept my insurance. So now I have to find an aspen dental who will take my insurance.
My experience was very good! No apologies needed!!!!!I was so happy to go there and see Megan- she has got to be the best person I have ever dealt with at any dental office. Her entire personality and professionalism is amazing. Thanks for bringing her back to the Port Charlotte office. The entire team there is very good! I love this location.Veronica Flemming-Stewart
Appointment setting was very easy got me in right away my hygienist Nancy was so kind and patient did an excellent job
1 star for Steven at the desk. Rude during the entire visit and hung up on me while discussing financing.
Went to this aspen location today and had a few teeth pulled. The dentist was amazing. She knew i was terrified about needles. She made me so comfortable and at peace and was amazing. Would highly recommend this location.
They are the most amazing ! Made us feel like family. Can’t say enough about them !! The whole staff was awesome!! Best experience at any Dr I’ve EVER HAD!!
Everyone courteous and knowledgeable. Dentist was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail as she was looking over my X-rays.
Staff is amazing!! Treat you like you are their only patient!
Recent appointments at Punta Gorda office on Kings Highway. First class service. Professional, personal, well-trained staff. Ultra-modern equipment and technology. Very impressed. But understand, this is corporate for-profit dentistry. Expensive, yes, but I still highly recommend this Aspen location.
They were very Professional, took time to explain everything... I highly refer them! They did free xrays and Consultation.
North port location not port Charlotte location north location is much better like a breath of fresh air port Charlotte location I give 3 stars
I had the most amazing experience there from the front off the office to the back staff. I had teeth pulled and did feel anything I have dental plates made right there I think they were done in 2 days and the Dentist was very good she was gentle and caring
Everything went so smoothly. All were friendly and very professional. Was given a written procedurelist on what was going to be done along with the prices. Very pleased with going to Aspen Dental.
I had a bad experience really young at the family dentist we had! That with other complications never led me back much, which now led to failing teeth and much insecurities! The staff at Aspen never made me feel uncomfortable, it was nothing like I expected! Hey were there to help, not once making me feel embarrassed on my condition! The financing staff worked wonders on a plan to help me get what I needed! In just one week and my initial appointment, Im scheaduled to go back and walk out with a new smile! I didnt know they could do that!! Hard off to a great facility and wonderful Drs and staff, its only bc of them Im getting done what I need! 5 stars!
The entire staff at aspen dental of port charlotte really went out of their way to be helpful with my visit. Taylor is definitely an asset to aspen dental. The doctors there were very knowledgeable and professional.
I had my first visit today, I was very impressed with Dr. Shau the receptionist Taelor was extremely kind had helpful. Thank you Taelor for all your help.
Amanda, who cleaned my teeth, was cheerful, called me by name, explained what she was doing, asked some pertinent questions about my dental habits and at the end answered a couple of questions I had about the state of my teeth and gums. She has a great bedside manner, is thorough and interested in her work and patient. I was very happy to see her again.
Dr. Santeiro was very informative and thoroughly explained my treatment options. Her and the rest of the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.
It was ok, spoke with dentist about options, she left room saying she would write up proposal. Waited for a long time so I left the room and went to reception area to see if they forgot me. They said they were busy and short staffed. Had me sit at check out. 10 minutes later the girl printed out my quote. First one was for 2 implants and a set of false teeth for over $10,000 ! The other was for a set of basic dentures for just under $800.I was quoted by another dentist who was not at a franchise type clinic, it was for 3 implants and a full set of dentures for about $3000. So I was quite shocked by your prices. As I was leaving the two front staff were friendlier and chatted for a second. All in all it wasnt the best experience Ive had at a dentist and certainly not a place I would go back to or recommend.
The new hygienist i had was not as knowledgeable as my old one she didnt floss my teeth I always had great experience but this time was not happy
The whole team at the dentist office is great my Amanda is great the whole team is great I recommend anyone go there.and get the work done to take every precaution is needed
I went in with a broken tooth and alott of pain and needed it pulled, I have extreme anxiety and it was my first time seeing a dentist ever! But these people were super friendly even to a few rude customers I saw while I was there. They are amazing people, they made me feel comfortable, they were super polite, and do their job to the finest, they care about their patient unlike some, gave me all the info I needed about my teeth and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Aspen dental!
Services were provided that didn’t need to be completed. Watch your pockets when you have an appointment and don’t fall for the “extra” costs!
That is a great place. Everyone is very nice, a little bit longer waiting for a proposal treatment but was an excellent visit .
Everyone from the front desk to the xray tech, to the Doctor and check out was pleasant and really exuded a love for their job. I was completely comfortable and happy with the whole practice.
Was quick, and they were very helpful with all questions and needs. Jennine Santeiro was the most painless and quick extraction ever experienced. Two thumbs up and a billion thanks.
Very friendly staff & eager to help & advise. Really appreciated the personal touch & approach to care
Well we r on vacation for the winter from Pittsburgh pa ... and a crown come off in Florida .. had to get it back on and called that get me in the same day. They all was great
1) very unprofessional staff (other than the dr who was sweet). Snarky, reading my chart to one another and making comments that I could see threw the screen. And EXTREMELY rough while making impressions.2) super long wait. I was there for well over 2 hours and 90% of it I was sitting in a room by myself not knowing what was going on.3) disgustingly over priced.
I used to work in oral surgery in the Air Force. The oral surgeon was a gifted professional and his work was so much better than the regular dentists there. Dr. Santeiro is just as good, if not better than the oral surgeon I worked with in the Air Force. Highly recommended, and shes a lot better looking that him too! :)
Everything went fine. ASPEN does a great job. I am completely satisfied
I was very skeptical about coming to Aspen dental because of their Google reviews. but I can comfortably say all those worries went away. I need to get a tooth pulled and the staff could not have been more professional more gentle and more understanding to my situation. Down to the dental hygienist the office manager they were amazing but when it came time to get my tooth pulled that was hard due to me having very high anxiety but the dentist and the dental assistant was so understanding and offered to play music they robbed my shoulders and helped me through every little anxiety attack I had. Honestly the best dentist office I have ever been to thank you so much for aspen dental!
First visit. Professional, efficient and thorough.
Having my teeth cleaned by Amanda so pleasant and very professional and went home sparkling thanks Amanda 😊
The staff at the office was incredibly nice and accommodating. They were able to get in my daughter the same day for a routine visit and cleaning.
The staff was so nice. I enjoyed my experience there. Even though they are not associated with my dental plan, I am going back for them to do my dentures.
Everyone was very nice and professional. I have no doubt that they were very thorough and clearly described the condition of my teeth. The challenge is giving me a printout of $10000 worth of needed treatment and now I have to figure out what I can afford and cannot afford and decide what is the highest priority.
Immense pain from infected broken tooth the cost was high but had to get it out n I had to wait 2 hrs n come back. Then once back it took over 45 mins to get me back in chair then 15 mins to numb pain finally but Dr was amazing pulling the tooth! Once I wasn’t numb it hurts even worse n can not swallow due to swelling in my lymph nodes I guess but a nasty 48 hrs so far but without Aspen dental I would be out of my mind! Thank you but plz lower the price, also I didn’t see cleaning for COVID-19 but my room was clean!
On a scale of 1 to 10 my experience at Aspen dental with 10 being good with 10 everyone was very friendly and kind
So where do I start I went into Aspen dental because I had issues with my two wisdom teeth and another cracked molar I was in a lot of pain and I seen that they run a special where you were able to get a exam and x-rays for free. And I am just a working class woman who does not have insurance. So free seemed amazing so I went to my appointment and got one wisdom tooth pulled out and I total cost of $323 that didn’t seem too bad to me and the other one was going to cost the same price so a week later I go back to my appointment and they tell me that my tooth needs to be done by an oral surgeon well who am I to know anything about dentistry I didn’t go to school, So who am I to know if the Tooth Really worse than that much within a week so I agreed to see the oral surgeon they told me the total cost would be $727 for that tooth again I did not have any insurance waiting for my insurance to go through at my job now I ask them how much it’s going to be costing for the sedation they told me $1157 to be put to sleep so that would cost a total of $1800 almost $1900 just for my back wisdom tooth to get Pulled. I knew it was expensive and I knew they were trying to rip me off so I spoke to probably about 10 other different dentist to find out that their price was basically 50 to 75% difference cheaper than what Aspen dental was trying to charge me. Now yesterday I just had both teeth ripped out and a bone graft put in with a total bill of $700. I warn anyone to go to Aspen dental that they are liars and cheats and the free is only free the first time and that’s how they get you and suck you win I was also told by another dentist that they were on an episode of 60 minutes. Do you wanna know the best part of the whole entireThing is that my tooth didn’t even need to be pulled by an oral surgeon in every day dentist pulled my tooth no anesthetics no $1800 bill for something that didn’t even need to be done they were going to try to put me under and put me in surgery for no reason
Tech and dentist were excellent. After the exam I had to wait 45 minutes to get my treatment plan. I thought it shouldnt have taken that long. Did not receive any treatment for my issues just the exam even though my appointment was an emergency and now I have annoying pain! I am not recieving treatment until next week.
Receptionist and dental assistant very nice and the rest of the staff are good !
Great experience. Very nice customer service and Drs. Like the way they worked things out for me. The office was nice and very clean. And love the new technology.
They were great best serves and very helpful thank you henry
Went in for a reline, had to have an exam and xrays(I have no teeth)then sat in a room for 45 min by myself, then was told dont need reline, I need Implants at a price of 10k for 4 implants and would take 4-6 months. that is just for the bottoms....
Dr. Santeria, Amanda RDII, and Taylor PSR all worked with my on all my options. Broke everything down in understandable bits.
The girls in this office are awesome.Always on the ball.love, love Dr Santeiro.
Beware of the free x-rays and exam. They arent a dentist office, they are sales men and women. I went yesterday for a copper tooth, they said the work I needed on top of that was $9500. Not including the 4000 Invisalign they recommend so its easier to floss. Dont worry though, they finance. Prices are double compared to any other office.
Everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable and i appreciate that so thank you all
Was very impressed with staff, their facilitys are top of the line, Im sure there are no other dental facilitys in our area that come close to them. Would have preferred to have had them do my procedure however they were quite a bit higher priced then other quote I received from another Dentist
I would rate this Aspen Dental as the top in southwest Florida! Up to date procedures and excellent customer service! Everyone is courteous, professional, and understanding. I feel extremely confident knowing that they always get it right the first time. I can’t think of anything that will enhance your services or operations. Certainly there is always room for improvement but it seems like they all have that covered! Wonderful staff from the waiting room to the Dentist’s office to check-out. Pleasant, welcoming, and professional. I am very pleased!
It was a nice experience
Great experience!! This was the first dentist appointment in like 4 or 5 years and the staff was friendly and very courteous of my needs. They all made sure I understood everything and were able to pull the tooth that was giving me so much pain. The actual Dr was very nice and pleasant as well. 5 out of 5.
People were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable
First time patient. I was treated by both Dr. Phillips and Dr. Santeiro. Both were excellent to work with. They interacted extremely well with the staff, explained the treatment they were providing, provide amazing treatment, and answered all my questions. I made three visits in one day. Eryn did an excellent job in orchestrating all three visits and making me feel like I was a longtime patient. I also had the pleasure of working with Geannette, Amanda, Betsy, and Jess. I was impressed with the care I received from them, their professionalism, and how well they worked together and with the dentists as a team.
About 2 years ago an Aspen dentist recommended dentures for my dental problems: Full uppers & partial lowers. The recommended plan included crowns for 4 of the remaining 6 lower teeth. At that time I asked about the advisability of removing all my teeth & getting full upper & lowers dentures. I was told I would be much happier if I followed the Aspen recommendation. I followed this advice and paid about $15,000 for the treatment which included about $10,000 for the 4 crowns. About 2 weeks ago, I noticed a problem with one of my remaining lower teeth. I went back to Aspen & was examined. I was told that all the previous dental work needed to be removed & replaced with a full lower denture. The quoted cost is $4881.80. In my opinion, I was given an incredibly bad initial treatment plan recommendation by Aspen & that I paid dearly for putting my trust in Aspen. Aspen has not accepted any responsibility at all for this situation & has shown no interest in sharing the financial burden of their incorrect recommendation. Aspen seems more interested in extracting more money from me. I do not want charity. I do expect professional dental care combined with honesty, integrity, sincerity & responsibility. I find it difficult to believe that that Aspen business model was designed to meet any of these expectations.
We sat waiting for up to an hour every visit we went in for. They will spread out your visits and I assume it is to make more money off of you and the insurance company. I moved here from CO and we always had everything completed in one visit with our dentists out there. This was a joke. The financial guy will go over with you the pricing before you leave. Expect a bill afterwards, maybe a month later, that does not match anything you originally signed off on. Then after calling them about the bill they sent me, the lady said it didnt even match what they were showing in their system. She had a new invoice in front of her. They lady was rude and said maybe your looking at a bill from your insurance. Thats when I politely read the heading of the bill, address and the phone number for their office. Very unpleasant. I would highly recommend looking around for another dentist.
Staff seems very nice but when they told me for 2 Wisdom teeth was gonna cost me 13k I walked out never going back ✌🏻
Very kind staff, very knowledgeable dentist. Willing to use financing to help pay for treatments. Was in waiting room only 5 minutes past my sheduled appointment. Would recommend. Thanks for your help Aspen.
This place is an absolute joke! I have been here 3 times in a week with my daughter first time I called they said they had a spot for me and I waited over an hour and missed work not to be seen. Came back the next then was told she need 5,000 in dental work. Came back a week later for an appt for cleaning and 2 filings waiting in the waiting room for over an hour again. They never did her cleaning only fillings. They try and over charge! 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬 I will never come back. Rude and inconsiderate people!! Its also funny they only respond on here with 5 star review instead of addressing the real problems. Well run business!!
Went for dental emergency on a Saturday because of a broken tooth and come into the office... they say they can’t fix the tooth even though it’s causing pain because they need to set up a complete treatment plan and get a minimum of 2 cleanings done before they’ll even touch the tooth that needs fixed and well set you up for Invisalign too. A treatment plan that costs 17,000 dollars when all that needed and was requested was help for the singular tooth. It’s an awful place. Don’t waste your time.
Not good. They told me they werent sure if they accepted my insurance and had me come in just to do xrays when I was in pain and in need of assistance or at least a upcoming visit. They did waive the fee for the xrays but werent able to help me and had me come in thinking they could and wasting my time while I was in pain and agony.
