Connie is absolutely amazing! She was fast even when the line began to build up she knocked out my loan and multi-tasked and got everyone else handled also. She was very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend dealing with her if you have needs for a loan or anything else that you need the store for.

I walked in today and I had such a pleasant experience. The customer service representative took her time to explain the payday loan process to me and answered all of my questions. I will definitely come back and use their services again.

Was standing there for a hour almost just to cash a check. When told to wait I did but then as Im waiting 2 other people come in & off the spot they get attended to as Im waiting almost a hour. Will never go back to a joke of a place!
