Asked him to take me from country inn to sleep inn, to which he replied that is not a good reason to use a taxi and promptly hung up on me. Needless to say, Pepe will no longer be receiving my business. Ill go with cabbies, who professionally accepted the fare and did so with enthusiasm.i was honestly insulted and astounded by his response after all the business my family has given him in the last few months.

Pepe was 140 per ride compared to the same ridebeing 79.99.

Again can never get a ride

Had very early flight out of Sarasota, and scheduled Pepe Taxi to pick me up in Port Charlotte at 4:00am. The minivan was waiting for us at 3:50am- 10 minutes early! We got to the airport with plenty of time. Great service!

While not only prompt and earlier than his expected arrival time (when does that ever happen in the taxi businesses... Super pleased) Pepe is very polite and kind hearted.We had something to handle and he waited on me and my significant other while we needed to run into our destination without charging us extra money which is something not many taxis would do.He also shared a lovely conversation with us, and made the rush hour ride very pleasant.

Professional driver, well-dressed. The taxi was clean, big plus for me! The driver was on time and the price was shockingly low. I arrived to my destination on time. I was very pleased and would highly recommend!

My 17 year old daughter called to cancel her taxi because they were LATE and she would not have made it to her destination at the time she was scheduled to.. when she called to cancel the person who answered gave her a VERY BAD attitude and told her to go to sleep?? and then hung up on her! why?? I dont know... I found that very strange,,, then they immediately texted her and told her to never call them again! What the hell??? I will spread the word in Port Charlotte & Punta Gorda as much as I can about how awful this Taxi place is. These people are obviously NOT qualified! and have anger issues.

Absolutely horrible !!! I called to set a ride for my grandmas doctors appointment and the cabdriver told me that he didnt have time to pick her up and gave me another number. I called the other number and no one answered so I called back the original number and he told me to stop bothering him and call another cab service.

Yeah they arent professional by any means. Called to get a taxi. Could barely understand the person who answered and he rattled of a number I couldnt understand to call.
