Allison went above and beyond to not only replace my leaking Mustang top with a beautiful new one... he took the time to take out the back seats and remove the wet foam from the upholstery to let it dry out!! Had problems with my Convertible. Top would go half way up or half way down and would stop and not complete the cycle. Had it to the Chrysler Dealer twice and they never got it to work right. Called and talked to Chuck the owner. Brought it in and he replaced a motor and now Im back to having a top that goes up and down like it should. Thanks Chuck for a Great Job

So happy to have found southwest Florida customs I have looked for a place to have my convertible top repaired for awhile this is new to me this was my first convertible. So I went to another shop in town first in charlotte harbor on harbor view. The owner a older man was very rude and even cussed at me he started bad mouthing other shops he actually kinda scared me. I went on google and looked for another place I went to a place in punta gorda called hydroelectric they recommended me to a place called southwest Florida customs Im so happy Charles was very professional talked to me with manners and gave me a couple options for my replacement convertible top on my mustang His price was good service was excellent and he got my top installed.
